This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.

Soak up the Sun Villa at KaMilo is a large detached 2-level 3 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 Master Suites.
The first Master Bedroom features a King bed and both a walkout to the back yard, and a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub.
The Second main floor master has a Queen bed.
The Third downstairs bedroom features two Full beds.
And the downstairs second living room has a sleeper sofa as well.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill.
The upstairs living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV.
One of the greatest features of this home is the sliding glass wall of windows that open and slide away to hide into wall pockets. The glass wall opens up to over 22 feet to a massive lanai that has a dining table with sectional couch and a table and chairs adds to the large living area while allowing your family and guests to soak in the ocean, mountain and golf views. The large high-end grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmers markets.
This home features a second living room downstairs that is perfect for the teens or kids to relax, play games, or listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or watch a movie. The room also features a sleeper sofa.

We loved our time here. It was my wife and I, both sets of grandparents and the our two kids (5&8). House was clean and as described. Had lots of items in the kitchen for cooking (pans and spices etc). The deck was beautiful while overlooking the golf course. The neighbourhood was amazing along with the pool and beach. I would be back in a heartbeat.

We had a great vacation in this home! The home was very clean and well maintained, fully equipped with everything you might need. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the view is great, and for us the proximity to the Fairmont for the Kona 70.3 race was perfect. The community pool and fitness center are nice, and the local beach club was a favorite. Perfect all around!!!

Every correspondence was TOP NOTCH from initial booking to property management company prompt responses/phone calls regarding questions and very comprehensive information regarding unit, area, local activities, concierge services. Loved the follow up phone call after we checked in to ensure we were comfortable and if we had any questions. Will highly recommend and re-book for future stays on the Big Island.

The home, location, amenities - all top notch. Very functional home and also good for entertaining friends. Convenient to grocery store and services, great selection of beach/water toys for the whole family. Highly recommend, would rent this unit again.
