We absolutely loved our stay! The location of the condo was ideal—close to our favorite beach, Hapuna, and just a short drive to great shops and restaurants. The resort itself had excellent amenities—small, quiet, and personal, which made it feel extra relaxing. We loved working out in the open air gym and watching the sunset every day by the pool. The condo was spotless and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having basic seasonings and pantry items on hand—something you don’t find at many rentals. The closet full of beach toys and accessories was perfect for our beach days!Communication with the owner was easy, and they were so accommodating and friendly. We truly felt the aloha spirit throughout our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!
Great overall experience, nice condo and great pool/dining area. Well kept grounds and quiet. Lance and Susan were genuinely nice hosts, we left a whole drawer full of personal items and they went to great efforts to return them to us. Love the big island and this is a great landing place to relax and enjoy!
It's a lovely place in a lovely setting. Lance and Susan did a wonderful job stocking the place so we had everything we needed. They were also very responsive and helpful anytime we had any questions.We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our time here!

Nice well maintained condo in exclusive Waikoloa property. Pool facility has restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Condo has all the items you’ll need for the beach- chairs, ice chest, shade structure, and boogie board. We would happily stay here again !!
This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay on the Kohala coast: a quiet location with views of the sunset, a well-stocked kitchen, and lovely furnishings.
Unit is clean, modern, and the Hosts are incredible to work with. Absolutely no complaints. I don't do reviews but had such a positive experience I felt obligated! We loved our stay here and will return!
It was everything that we hoped for and more. There wasn’t an item that we were missing for our stay. From beach gear to kitchen items to the absolutely wonderful king size beds. Very comfortable.The view was fantastic and Hali Kai is a great resort. Never fear in booking this unit as the homeowners cover the daily resort fee. A very nice touch. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
Everything about this condo is wonderful! The cleanliness, the amenities & providing all the information needed from check in to check out was fantastic! I rely on all the reviews from VRBO which is why I rented this condo. The view from the back patio to see a glimpse of ocean & beautiful green landscaping & lava rocks is amazing! A great place to have coffee in the morning & a glass of wine with dinner in the evening & watch sunset. The owners provide everything you could possibly need & more to have a wonderful stay/vacation. All the kitchen spices & kitchen ware you could possibly need. The closet filled with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear, pickleball equipment, beach bags to use at the beach, a cooler for food at the beach were all there. There is so much more in the closet that we didn't use, but they thought of everything to enjoy the sun, surf & sand. The pool located on the edge of the ocean gives the best sunset views you could ask for. We enjoyed having cocktails & delicious meals & appetizers from the bar/restaurant while watching sunset. The waitstaff was so nice. The owners are very responsive & helpful. Whenever I had questions, they responded online within minutes from the time I made the reservation to the last day of our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo to make our stay comfortable (the bed was so comfortable and slept so well) & fun. We will recommend this condo to anyone that is going to stay in Waikoloa!
The condo is well maintained, nicely stocked for easy enjoyment, and in an excellent location. The Ocean Club access was awesome. Great food and drinks and a spectacular place to watch sunsets. Staff there is excellent. Lance and Susan are great hosts.
This is a beautiful property with a view of a golf course and the Hilton. There is a little view of the ocean a distance away. The beach club is great. It is right by the ocean. A pretty pool, but the deepest part is 4 feet. Nice exercise facility and restaurant right at the pool. Music on Friday and Saturday nights.
The condo had everything we needed to cook. There was condiments, spices, oil, coffee etc. that were left for us to use. Plenty of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, soap provided by the owners and other toiletries left by previous visitors. The beds were very comfortable.
Being in building 5 it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to walk to the beach club depending on how fast you walk. We also walked from the beach club to the black sand beach which took us a half hour. There was multiple snorkels, masks and fins. A boogie board, small cooler, lots of swim noodles, 4 beach chairs, putters for the putting green, and other toys to use.

The condo was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the big island! Modern, clean, comfortable with lots of extras for fun on the beach and those essential kitchen items we always seem to forget to buy. The pool area was wonderful and the close proximity to A-bay, shopping, and other amenities of Waikoloa were very appreciated by our family.
Condo was perfect and just as advertised. Everything was nice, clean, easy to work with the owners, and condo was well stocked. Locations is perfect with access to the pool, gym, and Ocean Club restaurant. Would book this condo again in a heartbeat!
The property was beautiful and check-in went smoothly. Very well stocked with plenty of clean towels. Lance was an excellent communicator and took very good care of us. We're looking forward to staying at his property again.

This condo was AMAZING - super clean, stocked with everything for the beach, putt putt golf, pickleball, you name it they had it! Great access to everything! The host are super responsive and easy to contact. We will definitley use this condo again - it was incredible.
I cannot express how great this trip was for my husband and I. We have stayed at several different condos on property that nowhere compared to this condo. The owners check on us throughout the visit and made us feel completely welcome. The moment we arrived we will most definitely Booking this condo again next year. kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance needed clothes, washing soap was there they had a closet filled with extra towels and supplies. They had bags for the beach chairs for the beach. You just couldn’t imagine anything that they left out love out on the outdoor patio watching the golfers golf and seeing the ocean also, the end
This condo was wonderful to stay in! It was clean, quiet and in a beautiful area. Great for 2 couples. The host was fantastic to work with and very nice! Close to beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay in this condo again!
Exactly as advertised. Owners are incredibly thoughtful and had ensured condo was well stocked with all basic necessities including quality kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Items for guest use (e.g. beach chairs, kitchen knives, etc.) were of good quality and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Condo was quiet, did not hear any noise from neighbouring units. Owners were very quick to respond to all questions. Would certainly stay here again without hesitation.
Well appointed unit, updated, with lots of essentials. Plenty of beach toys and located directly across from the sport court. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra towels and other necessities. We’ll be back!

Disappointed with pool being only 3-1/2 ft and closing at 8:00. View of Hilton was not good. I felt like I was looking at a huge city.
