This, over 1,800 square feet, beautifully furnished, two floors and a loft comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms condo offers lots of space and comfortable living areas. The main floor boasts sizeable, open concept living, kitchen and dining areas. In addition, you’ll find a large outdoor lanai with seating and eating capacity, along with a barbecue for master grilling. Overall, there is more than ample space for entertaining. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large ensuite bathroom, a walk-in-closet and its own lanai (balcony). Enjoy morning coffee on your private lanai and an evening cocktail, while watching the breathtaking Hawaiian sunset! Guests also benefit from amazing views of the ocean, with its white crashing waves. Spectacular!
You’ll also find a queen sized bed in the second floor bedroom and a queen in the main floor bedroom. In addition, the upstairs loft/office has a sleeper sofa. Lots of sleeping space for guests.

Please note under air conditioning it states there is an air conditioning fee if energy exceeds 25 Kwh. per day. (750Kwh. per month approx. $300 a month). Meter will be read upon arrival and departure. You will be responsible for overage. If you click on Host fees in your quote I am collecting $500 for Air Conditioning. You will be charged only for the portion over the 750 Kwh. allowed and rest will be reimbursed to you....
