By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Group of 10. We stayed in a three bedroom villa. There was actually enough room for everyone, resort was accommodating when ceiling flooded. We couldn’t move as the resort was full, but we’re given a two bedroom on checkout day. Mahalo.

We loved the location and overlooking the ocean. Having a kitchen was extremely helpful too for late night snacks or quick breakfast before hitting the pool/beach.

Beautiful property and great amenities. View from all our windows was fabulous! All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. You never have to leave the property! Everything you need is right there!

We had an amazing trip at Marriott Ko Olina! We loved being able to all be together in a condo, but a large property and so many options for people to go off and enjoy in smaller groups. Pools, ocean, hot tub, walking path were used daily!! It was also a perfect place to take some excursions to North Shore, kayaking and water park. Perfect trip with my teens and their friends we brought along. We also rented a car for the week and picked up at Marriott- what could be more convenient.
Michelle our rental host and her company went above snd beyond securing our condo, answering questions and guiding me in the process. She was professional, quick to reply and knowledgeable and I will definitely use her and her company again. Thrilled with our vacation and so very grateful!
