This is our 2nd year staying in this Villa and at the property itself.Alfred is a truly amazing host, very responsive, provides suggestions and details about the area to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is also very accommodating.The villa is super clean, stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home and Nadia was quick to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.I cannot say enough good things about them or the villa itself. Kitchen fully equipped, all kinds of beach toys, towels, even a brand new washer and dryer and cookware to try out!!!The grounds themself are beautiful, we enjoy the serenity of the quiet "lap pool" and the fun of the lagoon. The gym is fully equipped. Hubby used it daily!!!The underground parking spot is a bonus so you can keep a car and not worry about extra costs.We truly believe that beside the fact Alfred is a great host, this is a one of a kind property that we stayed in, top floor awesome views from 2 balconies and quite private. We enjoyed the New Year in this villa! Was a fantastic stay. Villa is well appointed - blender, rice cooker and coffee maker all used by our family. Kitchen great cookware. Laundry is on the smaller side, but works well. The lanai is breathtaking and where we spent most of our time. Parking underground is convenient and rent the umbrellas/chairs at the beach or take the chairs in the wagon provided in the villa. We can't wait o visit again!
We love the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. We've been looking at staying at this condo the last two times we were in Ko Olina and finally did it. It's going to be hard staying anywhere else now!
Alfred was so wonderful communicating with us before our trip. The condo was pristine, with books and puzzles for the kids. There was a basket of any beach accessory you could need. We watched whales while we sipped coffee every morning. Sun tanned on one deck and enjoyed some shady relief on the other. Strolled along the beach path to the Market, Four Sasons, Disney, and Marriott. Lots of choices for food and shopping. The lagoon outside this condo is the best of the 4 and least crowded! The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The pools and hot tubs were a hit!
Everything in the condo is labelled so you never have to struggle with the washing machine, lights, etc.

My wife and I spent 8 nights here, and we loved it! The property is clean, unit has great views, and loved the bar/bbq area as well. The unit is very well stocked which was a bonus (kitchen as well as beach gear). The bed and linens were very comfortable, so overall a really great experience.
The only downside is you can’t use umbrellas at the beach, and renting chairs/umbrella from the resort is $100USD/day which isn’t reasonable. This has nothing to do with Alfred’s unit, just something to note about the resort (very few spots with shade).
Overall, we would highly recommend and definitely come back again!
Thank you Alfred, Deanna and Nadia for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We felt well taken care of as soon as we reserved your beautiful unit. The emails with tips and suggestions were so very helpful. Once we arrived the check in process was seamless. Nadia was waiting for us as we arrived and took us on a tour of the resort and “our” unit. The unit was exactly as described if not better. Alfred and Deanna have thought of all the small things from spices and plastic wrap to a medicine cabinet with bandaids for scrapes. The provided beach gear was so appreciated and extremely useful. Nadia was so very sweet and helpful through out the stay making sure we did not need anything.
The unit was immaculately clean. It was obvious the bedding was freshly laundered. We used the pull out bed and at past places the bedding for the pull out beds always seem “old” but these sets were fresh and clean. My daughter wanted her sheets at home to smell like them. The view is indescribable and the lanai’s are perfect any time of day.
Our family can not wait to return to Ko’Olina and would with out a doubt stay at Alfred and Deanna’s home. Thank you for giving us a vacation we will remember always.
