This house is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed. Breathtaking views and beautiful interiors make this home a must for your vacation stay. The pool and jacuzzi are the highlight of this home. You can swim right up to the ocean’s edge. This was the first of hopefully many trips back to this home.
The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is so much better when you get to take it all in in-person. If you get the chance to stay, you have to. The home is perfect and the pool and outdoor area are breathtaking. It has an extra home also with bedrooms. It is perfect in every way. Staying here is a must.
Excellent ocean front for view and sound. The main house can sleep 4 if you don't value privacy. We didn’t use the second house so we have no comment. The hot tub would not heat when we arrived. It was quickly resolved the next day. I would recommend that people request that the hot tub be functional and heated up when you arrive, that way you will save time waiting for it to be fixed. Next morning the coffee pot wouldn't work. Long flight, no hot tube at night or coffee in the morning, no fun. The management was quick to respond. The views, pool and location are awesome.M
The pool is a engineering marvel. The house is great. Fully stocked kitchen. We all loved it here.
The guest house was nice and comfortable for two big people.
I would love to stay here again!
My only small complain was some pictures showed extra sleeping area in the ohana house that wasn't available.
Kids loved pool, slide, and every evening diner with sunset it’s hard to beat! Will come back.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Kona. We played for hours in the pool, bedding is luxurious. Kitchen is stocked, view is incredible, we cant wait to go back, MAHALO
Everything about this property was amazing!!! Perfect location to watch the sunset while swimming In the infinity pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees and plants. I would definitely stay here next time I come back to the island. 100% worth every penny!!!

This was a beautiful house to have as a base camp for our first time in Kona. I stayed here with my two teen kids and a friend of theirs for a week and really enjoyed all the property had to offer. Two separate houses gave us a little privacy, the amazing pool was a delight, the landscaping was gorgeous, and I swear I could spend all day staring at the ocean. I hope to return one day.
AVOID!!!!!This property literally had so much black mold and mildew in AC units that my entire family got sick and we had to spend time on the island sitting in doctors office. Was advised by 2 medical professionals when they saw pictures of the AC units that the rental was not safe and I needed to get my family out of the unit for their safety.Forced to leave unit 2 nights early and stayed with friends on the Island. Listed as having 2 working main house AC units, only one was working.
Entered property on 6/9 to an unbearably hot unit. Noticed windows open and AC off. Hoped that was it. Unit literally gets as hot as 95 degrees during the day.
Called CB Island Vacations and VRBO on 6/10,6/11,6/12, 6/13. Spent over 7.5 hours on phone and one full day waiting for repairs to hopefully be made and repair man never showed up. One AC unit ran non stop at 65 degrees and couldn't cool house during the day. Solution given to me on phone was for me to go purchase a floor fan and I would be reimbursed. When problems weren't resolved I found extension ladder to try to close windows. they were rusted and wouldn't close. Was also able to look at AC unit while on ladder. Filters looked like they had never been cleaned and there was so much black mold and slime in the unit I was alarmed. By Wednesday night I literally couldn't breath when in house. Went to minor med on Thursday morning for treamtement of exposure to excessive mold and mildew. Entire family is now sick with same symptoms.
We loved our time here. The location is unbeatable. The pool, hot tub, and slide were used everyday. My fiance and I decided to get married on the lanai while we were there!! We had a traditional Hawaiian ceremony at sunset and it exceeded our expectations. We saw whales and rainbows and no one wanted to go home. Highly recommend.
Only issues - the oven is older and the bake setting no longer works. The grill is also outdated and only 2 burners worked..it ran out of propane part way through the trip.
As has been stated the reality is even better than the pictures. We seldom left the property as it has everything one needs if seeking a relaxing vacation. Plenty of great whale watching right from the lanai. Amazing sunset views. Only had one minor issue to contact property manager. Propane in BBQ tank ran out and they responded immediately to have refilled.
