Aloha & Welcome to our South Kihei penthouse condo!

This spacious 2 Bedroom ocean view unit is located on the top floor of the B building in the Kihei Ali'i Kai complex. The unit is walking distance to many fantastic shops, restaurants and other amenities. Kamaole 1 beach park is a short 2 min walk away! The unit is conveniently located; a short drive will take you to some of the islands most popular attractions!

The condo is approx 900 sqft & comfortably sleeps 4, with a king-size bed in the upstairs loft bedroom and a queen size in the downstairs bedroom. Both beds have deluxe mattress toppers as well!

The condo is also equipped with high speed internet and cable TV.

Since the unit is ocean facing, it benefits from the trade winds to help keep the condo cool, along with brand new UV blocking window tint! Air conditioning units in the condo along with ceiling fans help to keep the condo temperature comfortable when the trade winds aren't blowing.

For the foodies, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils should you want to make a fantastic meal of your own rather than eating out. Grab your favorite ingredients from the grocery downstairs or the farmers market up the street!

The large lanai is big enough to fit the whole group to enjoy a meal outdoors or to relax after a day at the beach. Both the ocean and Haleakala are visible from the lanai as well! Sit and watch the beautiful, ever changing Maui sunset all year round! During the winter months, you can even catch a view of humpback whales! You can also do a fair amount of stargazing at night right from the lanai!

The condo also comes fully equipped with beach towels, chairs & various beach gear to enjoy your time spent at the beach.

Pack light and take advantage of the state of the art washer/dryer!

Basic "Aloha" starter pack also provided! For example: Starter pack of Toilet paper, Paper Towels & Soaps.

Other amenities provided at the complex are a large pool, hot tub, sauna, 2 BBQ areas and covered parking .

Our Condo is within walking distance to many shops and many wonderful restaurants. We provide a list of our favorite places along with contact info, as well as our favorite places to go and things to do!

The VRBO property description is accurate and communications with owners were timely and helpful. We've stayed in many condo rentals during our travels. We felt this one was one of the best in our experience; location, amenities, comfort, and communications were excellent.

My husband and I as well as my sister and her hubby recently had the pleasure of staying at a nice rental condo in Maui, and I must say it was an a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the overall quality and comfort ( beds amazingly comfortable) of the condo. First and foremost, the location was fantastic. Situated in a great area, the condo was conveniently close to the beach and various shops. It made it incredibly easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and explore the local attractions without any hassle. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. Upon entering, greeted by a spotless living space that was well-maintained and tidy. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring a pristine environment for their guests. The condo itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The living area was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of adventures. The bedroom was cozy and provided a restful night's sleep. One highlight of my stay was the amazing bakery located nearby. With the aroma of freshly baked goods each morning, we couldn't resist indulging in. Our overall experience was satisfying and peaceful. the communication and assistance provided by owners was great! They were responsive, accommodating, and ensured that was stay was as smooth as possible.

This was the perfect little place for a first trip to Hawaii. So many shops and restaurants were just a short walk away and the beach was right across the street. We had fun snorkeling and enjoying all Maui has to offer. Really appreciate that all the extras for the beach or day trips were available.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing lanai view. It is close several beautiful beaches and restaurants and stores.
