We continually upgrade our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. Our recent renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms gives the condo a clean, modern look. And our latest upgrade is a new Beautyrest King bed!

This bright & airy condo has a tropical contemporary style and has been fully renovated. 2022 enhancements include a 50" flatscreen Smart TV in the living room, a Smart TV in the bedroom, and a new sleeper sofa with Italian memory foam mattress, new carpet, and split A/C. Amenities include cable, cordless phones, full-size washer/dryer, A/C, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at 'home' - including new dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, mats, coolers, etc.) are provided.

Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a new King bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.

The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

The location of the Banyan is fantastic with Kam II across the street and lots of east walking for food/snacks. We really appreciated that the unit was as shown in photos, it’s nicely updated and has all of the every day items you need for a beach holiday. Also, thank you for the extras like oil and spices, coolers, games, beach toys, etc. Just wish the bed was a king!

We had a great stay here. Very clean, good location, and everything you could want/need in a rental. There was great communication before our arrival. The only con was I thought the view would be better. You look right out at the parking garage and only see a sliver of ocean if you look all the way left.

We love renting at the Banyan, because we are with all our Canadian friends who also stay there. We love the location, just a hop & skip to the beach. We enjoyed having the beach chairs to sit on & enjoy the views. Looking forward to next year.

The hosts Anthony and Julie we so nice. They were very helpful in their emails. Location was great. Beach across the street was not too crowded. Unit was clean and was quiet day and night and the unit had everything we needed for play. Snorkel gear. Beach chairs and beach towels. Everything was easy.

I was impressed seeing the condo on vrbo, and even more exciting upon driving into the complex... the location and style of the condo was so nice! Right across the from 3 amazing beaches.. just a few steps to enjoy the sunsets, a walk or few minute drive to all the nice and local places downtown area of Kihei offers.. location is perfect! The unit we stayed was very nice, more than comfortable and accommodating. It was fully stocked to cover all our needs, and with beach chairs and towels were helpful. It was clean and the decor was comfortable and the Hawaiian feeling we wanted. We enjoyed the pool several times a day and met a lot of nice other people around the complex. We are taking note of unit # and hoping to rent again from this unit and owners who were more than cordial and easy to communicate with. We love Maui and it was our first stay on this side of the island, and staying at the Banyan made it very enjoyable! Until next time.. Don & Mary Washington State
