Immaculate, spectacular beachfront location/view. We love Kauai and had never stayed in Kapa'a before - it was the perfect location for our short stay.
The unit was great for our family. We loved being on the ground floor and have access to walk directly out to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo well furnished, beautiful grounds, nice pool area. Start the day off on the lanai with an amazing view.
Our family loved our stay at Lae Nani. The views are amazing, the location is centralized and the island is relaxing. We enjoyed going to Lava Lava, the Marketplace for shaved ice and relaxing on the beautiful grounds. I highly recommend Lae Nani for families.
We had the best time making family memories in this condo in Kapa’a! The unit was clean and nicely decorated with a strong Hawaiian theme.
The unit was plenty large for our family of 3. Our teenage daughter got her own large bedroom and bathroom. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. There’s plenty of drawer and closet space in both bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. There’s no A/C in the living room and kitchen areas. This wasn’t a problem for us but it’s something to keep in mind.
The view from the living room, dining room, and balcony is spectacular. You can hear the ocean waves all day and night which is so relaxing. The views and sounds alone are worth the price of the unit.The beach is much closer than it appears in the pictures. We were happily surprised. We used the beach on property every day after other activities because it’s so close and not crowded. The waves can be strong in the main beach area, but there’s a little area blocked by rocks that’s shallow and has no waves for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with strong waves.
The kitchen is functional. Utensils/plates are a little worn,but usable. We cooked a couple of times. We didn’t have to buy additional washing machine soap or trash bags which is much appreciated! The owner was quick to respond when we reached out. Parking was always available and spaces were large. Costco and target are less than 8 miles away. Safeway is a mile away. Highly recommend!

The Condo was sparkling clean, no harsh air fresheners ~ the bathrooms are new and the full size washer & dryer was such a plus! No shortage of towels, blankets, pillows & beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards & snorkel gear). The kitchen was fully stocked w/ everything you'll need from baking to cooking pans. We were so grateful to have A/C in the bedrooms as many condos don't have it. Can't say enough about the VIEW & the sounds of the crashing waves!! It is the best view on the whole property! Loved our own personal beach right in front & the Lava Lava restaurant right next door. The Hawaiian decor completed the whole package. We will stay here next time we visit Kauai! Mahalo!!

Loved staying in Pap'aa - great location, could go north or south very easily. This condo is south of town so didn't need to go through the 'busy' section of town to get to Kihei.
The A/C's were wonderful in the bedrooms too!
Our party has been visiting Lae Nani since the early 1980s and stayed at about a dozen different properties in the complex. This unit ranks among our top three favourites for its location on the beautiful grounds of Lae Nani and the numerous amenities it offers.
This view was amazing! We loved being able to sit out on the lanai and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The beach was awesome and we enjoyed taking our 1 year old there because part of the beach has no waves and makes it very nice to wade and play in the water. The property was very pretty. Within walking distance to a fun restaurant next to the ocean.
