Beautiful condo with an amazing view for delightful sunrises and watching the ocean. On a clear day, you can even see Kahoolawe out in the distance. Nice amenities and a helpful amount of beach toys, chairs, etc. are included. Very clean and well-maintained.

Wonderful location. Got to watch whales and dolphins from the patio. Also right next to the awesome pool and beach club.

An ideal location in the development. Quiet, beautiful and just a few feet to the pool. Luxury property fully equipped. The owners have provided for all your needs. Added plus, covered parking area keeps your car cool. Most units do not have this.
FYI there is a fee per party of $25 for pool access whether you use it 1 day or every day.
The only downside is Big Island is big. If you want to see a lot, there will be a lot of driving, no matter where you stay.
Lastly, I am not a fan of gated communities. Just a minor pain.
This property was great for our family of five. Plenty of space, very well stocked, everything you need for a beach day, and Incredible views from the lanai! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! The location was convenient and close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the golf course and watching the sunset from the lanai every evening.

The property was just as advertised and then some. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch and the kitchen was very user friendly and had just about everything one could ask for. Plenty of games to play and binoculars so you wont miss anything. The covered parking space was nice and being so close to the Ocean Club made swimming and having cocktails a breeze. Great location for a perfect getaway. This unit had everything we needed. Everything was updated with comfortable furniture and bedding. We will continue to stay in the Halii Kai community for our future visits. I would most definitely recommend staying in this unit.The only little nit picky issue was the floors were dirty.

Check in was different with Restorica - then with what was said through the actual resort information email. Confusing. Also, the check in person was not very welcoming. No "hello" - Not welcoming
Otherwise our stay was wonderful. Workers at the pool were incredible, very kind. Condo was great too.

My daughter and fiance got married and had their (short) honeymoon at Halii Kai. It couldn't have been any better.
My wife and I stayed there about 10 years ago and totally enjoyed the unit, complex and location. We will probably be back.
The view from the property was amazing! The unit was very clean and well stocked, more than many other units I have stayed in before. Loved the location close to the pool! Would definitely come back and stay again!
This was exactly as pictured. Let me preface by saying that we usually stay at luxury hotels when we go on vacation (Ritz, Four Seasons, et el) so we took a chance as we had our daughter and granddaughter with us and hotels are not their thing so we wanted something that felt more like home.
Let me say that this condo did not disappoint. It was very clean, well stocked with all you would need for a beach visit. The washer and dryer were a God send. :) Pool, gym and restaurant/bar were immaculately kept. This unit is a 30 second walk from the pool. We loved staying there. So much so that we have already booked our stay for next July. Hali’i Kai at Waikōloa will be a resort we will continue to visit. Just wonderful.
It was SUCH a wonderful stay with a beautiful view and so close to the pool as well. Well appointed and relaxing place. We had one snafu when our daughter's door locked somehow without her in the room, but the staff was super attentive and got it resolved within an hour. Great hosts!!!
Whales, Whales, and more Whales viewed right from the patio. This was our 5th trip to the Big Island and we absolutely will stay here again if it is available. Very well appointed interior stocked with so much more than the typical condo. I would highly recommend this location.

The condo is lovely! On the ocean, steps from the pool, exercise room and restaurant. I was worried with a bottom floor unit we would hear a lot of noise upstairs, but it was minimal. Two king beds and private baths, were ideal for two couples. Condo is fully prepped for all ocean and beach play. Would highly recommend. thank you!
