One item you may want to checkout.
The livingroom ceiling light has a mind of its own. It blinks off and on, even in the middle of the night.
May be a short.

This was a great place if we were just needing one night quick stay, but the water in the shower wouldn’t get warm, ants everywhere in the bathroom, limited kitchen supplies, if someone is playing tennis you hear it all. 3/5

The place was clean and quiet. Great pool and hot tub! Bus stops and beach just steps away. Really clean, well maintained and decorated AND great quick turnaround for a spur of the moment vacation. Will def be back. Many mahalos!

Loved my long vacation at Kihei Bay Surf. The condo was the perfect amount of space for two, and was a great home base for trekking all over the island. Location was wonderful and the people who live in the complex full-time are super nice. The condo complex is across the street from an ancient fish pond, which now doubles as a sea turtle sleeping sanctuary, so every night our routine was sunset at the beach to watch the turtles swim up to the rocks, enjoy the pool/hot tub, and watch movies! The lanai overlooks the tennis court and the condo has two beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear (except fins) and everything you’d need to cook meals for yourself. We had a relaxing stay and can’t wait to book again. Mahalo!

Listing says studio/1 bedroom. It is a studio located inside an apartment complex. One double sized bed inside the living room. The entire place including the freezer and refrigerator strongly smelled of cleaning products like pine sol. Owner may want to look into eco friendly cleaning products. I found a long hair that did not belong to me inside the bed. Notes asks us to load dishes in dish washer before leaving but dish washer is rusted inside. Upstairs neighbors were loud, could hear them walking around and taking throughout the day and night. Receive a violation notice stating I had clothes hanging on the balcony when I didn’t have clothes outside at all. Place is in a good location close to the beach but I do not think the price was worth it. Not my idea of a vacation stay.
