The condo is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the building is well maintained. It’s real beauty is in its location. No photos can share the feel of the (mostly) gentle breeze and sound of the waves lapping on the shore as you drift off to sleep. And the convenient Kahana neighborhood offers a choice of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes’ walk. Our hosts Shelly and Dan were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect size for 2 people and easy to get to. The view on the lanai was wonderful. We would sit and watch the whales all morning.

Love how close we were to the ocean. Location of resort is great as well. You are still close to main attractions and great beaches without crowds. Would like more deeper cleaning (especially bathtub) but otherwise we would have come back again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time on Maui. The unit was nice and cozy. The cross breezes in the unit were perfect for cooling and allowed us to keep our windows and doors open all day and night so we could enjoy the ocean sounds!. I would say the only critique we had was the bathroom sink is a bit awkward to use...especially for height challenged people. All in all we enjoyed the unit! We have been going to Maui every year since 2010 and never stayed in the Kahana area...we loved the older charm of that area! We were close enough to plenty of restaurants and things to do! And very close to one of our favorite beaches (Napili) and breakfast places (Gazebo). We would definitely stay there again in the future!

The property itself was nice, clean and easy to find. The unit was nice, in decent condition. Views from the balcony were amazing. We watch whales and listening to the ocean at night was wonderful.
