Beautiful small property. Everything you need supplied. Sunsets right off back deck…gorgeous. Located in quiet property. Very small beach short walk from condo - area at property all rock with ocean right there. Lovely. Great for couple or two friends who can room together . Would be tight for additional travelers as no place to store belongings. AC has tough time keeping up when hot. We were there during very warm time. Even with closing all window coverings still warm in condo.
Smooth as silk from start to finish. The unit is very well-appointed and attractive. Bed is comfortable, and kitchen has all you need. They have thought of everything. WeWould not hesitate to stay in B102 again!

We really enjoyed staying here. Peter and Michelle are exactly the type of host you want when you stay at a vrbo. They were available and quick to help but they weren’t intrusive in any way at all. The perfect hosts! The place is so thoughtfully appointed and the location is one of our absolute favorites!!! The condo building is smaller and the parking is away from the street. Both big pluses in my opinion. We had such a wonderful time!! Highly recommend.
Our stay at the Lokelani condo in Maui was nothing short of exceptional. The unit was *immaculately clean*, incredibly well-equipped, and just steps—literally 10 feet—from the water’s edge, offering breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves all day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful and detailed instructions, which made everything from check-in to checkout a breeze. Access was easy, and every amenity had clearly been considered with care. A true gem—we can’t wait to come back!
This was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. The Condo was clean, well equipped, and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the views from the lanai. The owners were so helpful and hospitable. We would return in a heartbeat.
Amazing spot for venturing out and enjoying the island and for doing absolutely nothing. The view is gorgeous. Turtles galore and whale watching while enjoying meals on the lanai is priceless. Super quiet, safe, clean and we love memories made. Excellent hosts with easy communication. Cannot wait to return.

Love this place basically it was clean. It was easy to manage. It had all the cleaning projects that we needed like the vacuum in the brooms. We were there for a month. I love the waves. Murphy bed was a little tough. It was very heavy the second person that stayed with me we couldn’t lift it together, so we just left it down
Peter and Michelle were so warm and hospitable. The Lokelani is a dream. Very clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We needed nothing during our stay that wasn't provided. Mornings on the lanai were incredible as well as easy access to the beach. We were an easy walk to many great restaurants. We look forward to staying here agin!

Amazing location, right by the ocean. Spent good amount of time in the lanai, listening to the sound of the ocean and watching birds, even occasional see turtles! Very close to the Kanapali and Napili beacheas. The condo itself has access to a small beach, which is usually not crowded at all. The amenities were also good and the owners were very helpful. Loved our stay!
This was our second stay at Lakeland B102. It really is the ideal location, right on the water! We loved relaxing on the lanai, enjoying the sound of the waves and palm trees, and watching the sunset. Quick drive to grocery stores and shopping, easy access to all Maui has to offer! The unit was clean and well-appointed. We made good use of the boogie boards and beach chairs! Hosts are awesome and always respond quickly to any questions. Mahalo for another fantastic trip!

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that made it feel like home. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a plus! The views from the patio were breathtaking. Hosts were easy to communicate with and even checked to make sure everything was perfect! Couldn’t be more happy with this experience!
For a couple or family of 3 this place is really nice with a beautiful view! The unit was Very clean and in a good location. The only thing I would like to see is some carpet runners, which would help with tracking around sand. If you go to the beach, there is no way to get all the sand off you and with pure tile floors there are no places to wipe your feet beside the entry mat. Besides that, we really liked the place
Great quiet location off the road just north of the busyness of Kaanapali. Within 30 feet of the ocean and at night we would leave the lanai doors open and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the crashing waves. Amazing sunset views directly from the lanai looking towards Molokai and Lanai. Peter and Michelle were awesome!
We enjoyed our ocean views, we were a few minutes from restaurants, felt safe and had lots of privacy! We definitely are planning on staying here again!
Beautiful ocean front condo. Easy walking or driving for great food options. We enjoyed many meals on the lanai listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean view. Fun to see the turtles and whales. We had a great relaxing time here and highly recommend.
We very much enjoyed our stay at your property! Everything was just as it claimed to be, if not better! We hope to enjoy it once again!
Great view of the ocean. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, food truck pod, and northern tip of a Kaanapali boardwalk. Saw whales and turtles from our lanai. Got a monk seal visit at the small beach next door. Quiet for light sleepers, away from the road. Plenty of space for two. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen worked well. We even used the rice cooker and popcorn popper. We didn't need the AC; ceiling fans and open windows/doors was enough that week. The bedroom was usually cooler than the living room at night. Lots of little touches that helped make the stay more enjoyable: plenty of storage containers, doors can be held open with a magnet, the sliding door to the lanai can be held slightly open for air flow but still prevent entry, nice beach chairs, modern appliances, etc. Couple ideas to make it even better: add the ability to hold the shower head lower, add a non-stick pan.

This condo was great! Had amazing view, beach not to far away and just overall a great place to be! We had the best time and loved staying at this condo. Had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing place with great views!
Lokelani is a hidden diamond...the condo is beautiful, and you're so close ( ON) to the water that you can smell the ocean breeze. The beach had maybe 6 people there at most. The Sea Turtles are always sunning themselves and the water is 78 degrees....we have stayed here twice and are so impressed that we are looking at buying a unit ourselves.
Dollies & Miso Phat Sushi are within walking distance, as are many other shops, restaurants & grocery stores.
Peter & Michelle are gracious hosts and answer any & all questions in a very timely manner.
Honestly, this trip and the location are absolutely perfect!
This place was so amazing. Clean, had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Beach chairs, noodles, towels all for the perfect beach. We had an awesome view, the whales did not disappoint. We had some resident green sea turtles. Snorkeling from the beach was perfect. We will for sure book again. Would like to bring our family here
The condo is about 10 steps from the seawall that overlooks the ocean. We watched whales and turtles from the patio daily. No need for binoculars. Location of the condo is close enough and far enough from the stores. Very quiet area. Very small complex so everything is easy to find: Assigned parking spot, dumpster & recycling, and stairs to the beach. The condo is perfect with all kitchen amenities including blender, shredder, salad spinner, and lots of pots and pans. Great selection of plastic containers for leftovers, too. The bed is comfy. Blackout blinds, a/c, and wonderful bedding and storage made the bedroom perfect. Closet with plenty of hangers! Overall, we loved it and will be back next year!
Gorgeous view from this condo! Just incredible. Unbeatable location. Peter and Michelle were super friendly and communicated with us many times prior to our trip providing information on access etc. We had a wonderful time:)
