We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property! The location and view were incredible! It was so fun to wake up every morning and eat breakfast out on the patio looking over the ocean! The condo was clean and well stocked. All communications were quick and the manager was so so kind and let us have a later check out since we had an evening flight. Would definitely stay at this property again!
My wife and I absolutely loved this condo and the area! The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower works great, and the whole condo is clean and beautifully designed. The cross-ventilation kept the condo cool most of the time; however the air conditioning works great when it gets hot. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a couple coolers. The best part, though, is the patio opens up to a very private ocean view with a protective rock wall and black rock. Literally 10 steps from the ocean! We loved listening to the waves every morning and evening, and you can watch the surfers off in the distance! Lawai bay is 50 yards away with some of the best snorkeling on the island! And the sunsets were beautiful! I highly recommend Kuhio Shores, and 112 is the place to stay, especially for couples! We loved it so much, we already booked it for next summer!
We loved staying in this condo. Being able to walk out the back to the water was great. We were able to see sea turtles playing in the water from the living room. Waves were up while we were there too so could see surfing. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was as described in listing. It was so much closer to the ocean than I imagined. Very quiet and private. If you’re looking for a place away from all the crowds of people this is the place.

Loved the location! All was well except the bathroom window was broken and couldnt be locked and you could see into the bathroom. Other than that it was a great location and exactly as advertised. Would stay again.

Overall, the place was fin e. We were a little disapointed in the beach area. Not exactly kid friendly. The unit had a beautiful ocean view.
Love the location. Unobstructed view of ocean. Walkable to beaches, shopping/dining. Less crowded and noisy than Poipu Beach area. First floor allows you to walk out onto the grass for morning strolls and amazing sunrise/sunset views. Listen to the ocean waves. We will be back!
The sound of the ocean waves crashing ..... nothing like it! Keep the windows open and enjoy the veiw as well. Just used the air at night with the door shut to sleep. Great location. Close to anything you need. Check out the Mai Tais at the beach house....best ever.

This place is amazing. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and the view of the water is everything. It’s like being on a boat, watching turtles, dolphins and whales. Staying on the lowest level is special because you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the grass in front of the condo. Snorkeling is right around the corner and there are a number of beaches to swim at within a mile. We already booked next year!

This romantic property gets your heart beating from the moment you open the sliding glass door and step out on the edge of the world…The ocean is absolutely gorgeous and the sunrises and sunsets defy words. We had a great time.
This property was perfect for our Hawaii getaway. The location is fantastic and the unit itself has all of the comforts you would want on vacation. Not only do I highly recommend it, I will be booking it again in the future!
We received detailed check-in instructions from the owner a few days before arrival. Parking was not an issue, though it was difficult to see the front door keypad in the dark entry corridor. The condo is next door to a snorkeling beach and is conveniently located near Kukui'ula and Koloa retail and restaurants. Everything we needed, linens, appliances, dishware, cleaning supplies were provided. We only had to bring soap and shampoo with our toothbrushes. We did not have to use the onsite laundry facilities during our 4 night stay. The ground floor unit sits directly on the shorefront with waves just outside the lanai. Watching the green sea turtles feed along the rocks just beyond the lanai each day was our favorite pastime.
The living room and bedroom are very spacious, but the bathroom is a bit cramped and could use a fan for better ventilation. The decor is fairly dated, so although it appears to be thoroughly cleaned before each stay, the fixtures, furnishings and appliances look worn. If style doesn't matter and convenience and comfort are most important, then we would definitely recommend this condo.
The condo was very well equipped with recreational items as well as a full kitchen with every piece of cooking equipment that anyone would ever imagine or need. The location of the complex is very convenient—close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The unit is on the ground (first) floor; it couldn’t be closer to the ocean—no more than 40’ or so. We only wish that we could take the sounds of the surf home with us to the mainland! Highly recommend!
Our stay at Kuhio Shores was awesome! Waking up every morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean just steps outside of the condo was fantastic! We moved our chairs out on the grass a few feet for a nightly sunset. The water just outside the rocks is a feeding area for sea turtles, so every day was a day to see them swimming. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. The AC and fans helped cool things when needed, and the location in Poipu was minutes from, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a perfect stay in Kauai!
The place is beautiful, well-maintained, well stocked with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed that beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Such a nice touch. We didn't even need to use the air conditioner in the main room because the ocean breeze and fans in the unit were more than adequate. We did use the a/c in the bedroom to sleep and it was ice cold. It's legitimately one of the best ocean views of anywhere we've stayed. It was fun to watch the surfers out there all the time. Turtles were constantly present. We also saw dolphins out there swimming and jumping right from the condo. The owner was always super responsive and great to work with. We'd absolutely stay here again. Great experience.
There is no need to look at any other property. The views are absolutely incredible. We called it "Turtle TV" because at any given moment, you'd be watching 3-5 turtles in the surf right off the patio. We watched surfers, outrigger races and rainbows. It's perfectly outfitted with all you could need. Boogie board, cooler, beach chairs and towels, kitchen equipment—you name it. Plus Laura is a gem--communicated quickly, answered all questions and was such a delight. We loved having dinner right on the lawn on the edge of the small drop off to the ocean, using the chairs and end tables on the patio. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. And you can't beat the location. Minutes from everything—including shopping, groceries, fantastic coastal hikes, live music, etc. We will definitely come again! You will no regrets staying here. Granted, other units may have granite countertops or updated bathrooms, but we were so comfortable. The bed is super comfortable with soft sheets. There's great A/C, really good water pressure in the shower, soft, fluffy towels. The way the patios are situated, you have privacy. You can't see the patios on either side of you at all. It's a quiet complex and everyone is just so happy to be there. Parking is easy, always a space for you. And this unit is close to the laundry room, outdoor shower—perfect location. We can't wait to go back to this little piece of paradise. You can book it with confidence (just not on the weeks we want it!) Mahalo, Laura!
We spent a few nights of our honeymoon here and it was incredible! Walk out to the waves hitting the shoreline, great restaurant right around the corner, the perfect location to explore the whole island from. We really enjoyed our time on Kauai!
Great condo with a fabulous view. Traveled with my 90 year old father and he just wanted to sit and watch the ocean- this was perfect right down to the overstuffed recliner! Well equipped kitchen although cutting knives could use being sharpened. Great location and close to many activities and shopping. Check in was smooth.
Everything was perfect…condo was well equipped, and we loved the oceanfront location with the amazing views. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles and surfers. The Beach House restaurant next door was excellent. We hope to stay again on a return trip to Kauai
