The location was perfect for us, close to everything, but away from the fray. The view is wonderful and if you have children the pool is close. The air conditioning doesnβt cool the main living area and it was very hot.

The property was as described. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare some meals and breakfast on the lanai was terrific. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets, three uncrowded pools and a quiet location. A little noise in the morning from the golf course maintenance, but that is to be expected. I would highly recommend this property,

We really liked this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, quiet and we loved waking up every day to the birds sing (we even saw a chatty flock of parrots) while we had our coffee on the lanai. The pool is very close by, it was clean and so was the hot tub. The location of this condo worked well for us because we like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Kona town. We will be back!

This place couldnβt have been better. Super clean, well-equipped and fantastic location just on the edge of the busy Kona area. The property management support team was incredibly responsive when I accidentally locked myself out. Meals on the lanai and evening sunsets overlooking the golf course. Canβt be beat! I would definitely stay here again!
