~The Living Room has a comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep 2 if needed & extra seating available as pictured. Large Flat Screen TV with Cable Access. Wireless High Speed Internet available
~The Lanai features your own private garden area. Outdoor dining/relaxation on the Patio Furniture available to you.
~Central Air Conditioning Available as an amenity for your comfort.
~Master Bedroom features a Cal King Sized Bed & Direct Access to the Lanai

This development has one of the most beautiful swimming pools in all of Kona, and it even features a shallow keiki area. Two gates provide convenient driving access to Alii Drive or Kuakini Highway.

We had a great stay. Pros: comfortable beds, great airflow, well shaded lanai (until about 2pm). The pool/hot tub are nice and a close walk, but not so close we could hear if kids were having a good time in it. Short walk to Ali'i shops & restaurants. Cons: the kitchen was fine, but not great for lots of cooking. The walk to the pool & grills is down a hill, so that could be uncomfortable if you have mobility issues (or are carrying lots of food).

Central location on Ali'i Drive - close to restaurants, shops, beaches, markets etc. Great pool and facilities. Met some lovely people too.Knutson & Associates were very helpful and responded to enquiries promptly. The fruit basket and flowers were a welcome surprise!The condo was well stocked and comfortably laid out. The bedrooms both had memory foam mattresses and the sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable! Lots of pillows to choose from too.We had a late flight and were able to arrange a late checkout - huge stress reliever.Definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

This property was well equipped and the property managers did an excellent job of making our stay comfortable. Very responsive even on weekends and after hours. We will definitely be back next year! Great place to stay on Alii but far enough back not to have the noise.

We spent 6 great weeks at Alii Cove before moving to Waikoloa. The condo had everything we needed and the central location made it a great launch point for many visits. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and market. Knutson & Associates were great to communicate with and provided their office as a delivery point for Amazon orders. They always responded quickly and addressed minor issues we had upon arrival, such as replacing the living room fan remote battery, the kitchen faucet, and providing a standing fan for the bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped, lots of towels, and beach stuff. Condo was very clean. Definitely recommend and would love to return if available during our next visit.

Before our arrival, we started getting nervous that this vacation rental would be dirty and in a bad location since it was so affordable compared to other rentals in Kona. When we drove up to the complex we quickly realized that "you get what you pay for" isn't always true. Alii Cove is a clean and quiet oasis right in the heart of Kona. Walking distance to downtown, a lovely coffee shop called Tea:licious Cafe, and several beaches. The Alii Cove pool is perfect for little ones with a 2 ft. kiddie pool & plenty of shade. Our condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee press, which we realized after we went to buy one (I think we might be coffee snobs). Both beds are extremely comfortable and there are so many pillows to choose from that I should've just left mine at home! It also has plenty of extra linens, soft blankets, towels & beach towels. This unit has A/C which is such a nice luxury after a long day at the beach. It also has a hose with sprayer attachment to wash salt and sand off gear and kids. We were just so impressed with how well equipped this home is. Management was helpful and easy to communicate with. Without thinking, we checked in before check-in time and the walk-thru manager was so kind and understanding with our mess up. We will definitely be back!

The complex’s pool was delightful and I enjoyed water aerobics every morning with residents of the complex. I had several conversations with Blake at Knudson’s. He was very helpful and accommodating.

This condo is in a great location! It’s right across from Honl’s Beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies as well as chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The beds are comfortable. The pool in great! We had a great stay!
