So close to beach and beautiful sunsets. Pool and pickleball courts were awesome. Very spacious and comfortable with great hosts.
Steve and Kristen's townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 daughters and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. The grounds at Poipu Kapili are gorgeous and the location is perfect. The townhouse was clean, has a gorgeous ocean view and is closely situated to the pool.
Mahalo Steve and Kristen! Everything was perfect... except we didn't book to stay longer! Location was amazing. Could walk to so many places. Plus was easy to get on the road for our day trips. The condo was so clean and well equipped. I couldn't have chosen a better place for our time on Kauai. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Mahola for sharing your paradise!
Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable, well equipped, quiet. Easy parking. Comfy bed. Good air flow with air conditioning if needed. Easy walk to wonderful beach, good restaurants. Grounds are lovely, well maintained but not noisy landscapers. PooWhales from your lanai
Our stay at the condo in Koloa was fabulous. From communication with the owner before arrival to communicating during and after our stay, Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect - beautiful sunsets over the ocean right out of the unit every night and a short walk to the beach to see amazing sunrises as well. It's perfectly situated to easily access Poipu Beach and Waimea Canyon. Driving to eastern and northern areas of the island was very doable as a day trip as well. The unit itself was pristine. It was well kept with updated appliances and furniture, and was laid out well for our family of four, which includes two young adults. The kitchen was well stocked, and my husband was pleasantly surprised that we had nice knives as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available which was a nice touch. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough - it made our week in Kauai even more memorable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Steve and Kirsten's condo. The location is perfect, the setting is beatiful (whales, waves, sunsets), the property is immaculate and it is such a treat to have the parking, the pool and the pickleball courts mere steps away. The unit was clean, newly updated and very comfortable with all the amenities (good A/C is important!). Steve's response to questions was very quick, clear, helpful and friendly. We really can't say enough good things about our experience - it was wonderful, stress free and a real blessing. Mahalo
This is a really beautiful, well-maintained, clean unit and property. The location and pool are fantastic. Best of all, Steve's communication and responsiveness has been by far the best of the many rental experiences I've had. Highly recommend.
Great condo in Poipu Beach that was upscale and exactly as advertised. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this property & location is at the top of the list. Look forward to staying here again.

Family trip for a family of six. With four daughters having three bathrooms was very helpful! The location could not have been any more perfect for us. The pool was within steps, the tennis courts and grill right outside the door and the ocean view beautiful! The beaches were a quick 6 or 17 minute casual walk! Snorkeling is great right where you are at! Honestly this place is our top pick of anywhere we have stayed!

Great location, great views, great condo. Very well stocked across the board. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We especially liked that it’s two stories so no one above or below us. We only had four people but it could easily house six at least. I highly recommend this one.
What a wonderful spot. Clean, quiet, big enough to have amenities but not overwhelmingly big. We had a wonderful vacation. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful townhome.
