This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium offers a few different living and entertainment options, making it a perfectly desirable space for up to 10 guests. If more living space is preferred, you also have the option to select from one of our “extended” 4-bedroom villas, which grants nearly 2,400 square feet of living space and includes a primary suite with an ensuite and King-size bed, a second guest bedroom with a King-size bed, a third guest bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and a final guest bedroom with 2 Queen-size beds. For added flexibility, the living room also has a full-size sleeper sofa for additional space.
The updated kitchen features all of the appliances you’ll need to recreate your favorite meals and the high ceilings and fine finishes like Brazilian chestnut floors and granite and marble countertops throughout offer the perfect setting for your at-home dinner parties. You’ll also seek comfort in the availability in central air conditioning and complimentary wireless internet service, just in case a work-from-home day is in order.
Prepare to be whisked away to a relaxing sanctuary once you step inside the primary suite, which offers a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom. Your getting ready routine might just take a little longer due to the variety of options here to pamper oneself. Villa 301 also offers three additional bedrooms that are within close proximity to the second and third bathrooms. The location of this property is very good and the views are unbeatable. The beds are comfortable and clean. However, the doors, light switches and fans were very dirty and we had to clean them when we arrived. The cushions for the outdoor furniture were unusable because they were so dirty. Do not rely on a starter pack of necessities; in particular, be sure you bring body soap and hand soap as there was no body soap provided, and the hand soap dispensers were nearly empty. Request additional towels because we had eight people and there were only seven sets of towels provided. There are supposed to be hairdryers in each bathroom, but we only had two and one of those was broken, which left us with one hairdryer for eight people. The finishes in the condo are very nice. But the kitchen appliances are a bit outdated and unreliable (For instance, the oven took forever to come to temperature, and then just kept going up so we burned a lot of things before we could catch them.) the proximity to the Turtle Bay Resort is amazing and we highly recommend taking advantage of the amenities available there.

Our family was very impressed with the property. Gorgeous views, terrific location, and unit was in great condition. What stood out was the property management team, especially Jean. She was very responsive and went above and beyond with personal service and in helping us with our bags and all the questions we had. Very professional! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

From the lanai’s spectacular view of the beach and ocean to the villa’s comfortable, well-supplied interior, our family of 9 - from age 9 to 80 - celebrated 2 big birthdays and enjoyed 5 days of fun adventures and relaxed beach bliss. It is perfect place to be together.

We had such a great stay here! The villa is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos. The large lanai was perfect for enjoying the sound and sights of the ocean. The view from the lanai and two of the bedrooms was amazing! Check in instructions were sent to us in advance and hosts were quick to respond with any questions.

We had 8 people in our group. Loved having 2 master suites. There was plenty of room for everyone. There are a lot of things to do at the resort. We enjoyed long walks along the beach, hunting for sea glass and hiking the many trails.

The location and unit were great for our trip, which was to celebrate an early Christmas with our adult kids and their partners. I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was larger than it appeared in the listing photos and the beach is easy to access. Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment and boogie boards were included in the unit. We also made use of the on-site BBQ and pool/hot tub, both very well maintained. A nice bonus is being next door to the hotel, and the bars, restaurants and surf school there.

This was the perfect location for our family to disconnect after the death of a family member . The Villa was spacious and well equipped. The location of the villas overlooking the beach and close to the resort was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas so much that we extended for another week . Management was very accommodating and helping whenever we reached out.
We will definitely be back !
