Updated 2 BR 2nd floor Condo in small 16 unit development overlooking the pacific with amazing sunset views!! We purchased the condo in June, and it was a very active VRBO with a 4.8 rating and more than 40 reviews!! We have made a number of upgrades since purchasing the property and it's even better than before! Truly one of the best locations on the Big Island. Short walk to Magic Sands beach, and very close to town, restaurants, shops and all amenities. Reserved garage space with additional off street parking. This is truly the best of the best in Kona waterfront living.
Sunsets are magnificent from the balcony looking out to the ocean literally just 30 ft away and the pool is along the ocean and generally very uncrowded as there are only 16 units in the complex. Whales can be seen right from the balcony starting in December until March or April. King bed in the master, and two twins that can be converted to king as well prior to arrival.
Deep cleaning performed after every visit, with special emphasis on disinfecting all areas with alcohol during the pandemic. Bookings from 15-28 days during high season subject to 60/30 day cancellation policy. ...

Very comfortable second floor condo right on top of the surf. Kitchen well stocked. Second bedroom small and noisy so would not put another adult in there unless they were aware of it. Perfect for just a couple. Great location to do a lot of day trips from the central location.

We were hoping to get as close to the Pacific as possible. Any closer and we would have been in it. The veranda overlooking the ocean simply cannot be beat.
The communication with the host was superb.
Grab this listening if it is available.
One note: it is a couple miles from the main entertainment center of Kona. You will need transportation.

I can't express how positive our experience was at Nalu Bliss - the condo is exactly as pictured and the location was perfect (a short drive from town but the benefit of having the most amazing view of the oceans and sunsets). Additionally, the condo was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, and even snorkel gear.
Additionally, communication with the host was excellent. Would 100% recommend!

Stop looking for your place to stay in Kona Kailua. This unit is the best you will ever find. Close to Kona town, close to two great snorkeling beaches, close to Da Poke Shack and faces out to the crashing surf. Perfectly appointed with all of the small things you would expect to have in your own home. Clean as a whistle. Beautifully furnished. Great mattresses. But best of all an enormous lanai facing out to the surf and the green flash at sunset. You will want to have all your meals on the lanai. There are a couple of steps to climb to get to the elevator or you can take the stairs up to the second floor. Door has a coded entry so no need to carry the key around with you. Small pool is refreshing. Small local church next door has frequent outdoor activities open to the public. about 1/2 mile to closest convenience store - quite walkable. Alexa is working and the tv has way too many channels! We have stayed in VRBO units all over the world and would rate this in the top five. Book with confidence you are getting exactly what the pictures show. No bad surprises here. GREAT hosts!

My wife, two boys (14, 11) stayed for a week, the property is incredible, fantastic location, very comfortable and highly recommended given we have been to various Hawaiian islands.
