Relax and pamper yourself in this well-appointed condo with wonderful ocean views. This is NOT your average condo rental! It has gone through an extensive high-end renovation and interior decoration; New kitchen cabinets, bathroom, tile floors throughout, and much more.

We are close, but not too close to the many shops and ocean front restaurants on Alii Drive. (A very short walk without being right on Alii Drive). The farmer’s market is just around the corner where you can find fresh locally grown produce five days a week. Directly across the street from the market is a lovely ocean-front park.

A ½ mile walk to the sandy beach by the King Kamehameha’s Beach Hotel and Kailua Pier, the start of the Ironman Triathlon World Championship. By the pier you can rent stand-up paddle boards or take the 5 minute boat ride to the Atlantis Submarine tour.

Fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils and appliances, including a blender, rice cooker, toaster and even a waffle iron to satisfy the gourmet chef.

The granite top kitchen bar seats 4 people with beautiful teak bar stools.

The bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite top.

There is free, fast and secure WiFi internet and a work desk with an ocean view.

The flat-screen Smart TV in the Living area has cable with Showtime and on-demand programming. We have a selection of books and games, including guide and reference books for Hawaii's birds, fishes, trails, etc.

We have beach chairs, mats, umbrella, boogie board, coolers and so forth for you to use during your stay!

With the fresh Ocean breezes and new overhead fans, most guests will never choose to use the included Air Conditioning, but it's there if you need it.

Nice view from the balcony, short walk to shops and restaurants. The condo is perfect for two, very clean, the bathroom with two sinks, comfy kingsize bed, lots of storage and a great stocked kitchen. Beachtowels, chairs and cooler are also provided. No need for the A/C, the tradwinds and ceiling fans are enough. We did not use the pool, it is very small. The location is right in the middle of Kailua Kona with all the noice of a city - traffic, church bells, music.... The compex itself is quiet with friendly neighbors and a helpful building Manager. Our 2 week stay was wonderful, comunication with Joshua was easy and with fast response to every question. We plan to stay here again on our next visit.

We would definitely recommend this accommodation. From the beginning, the owners responded to communication quickly. The check in process was very organized & easy to follow. The owners have a binder in the living room with lots of good information on the condo as well as local beaches & activities. The location is great! There are awesome views from the balcony especially at sunset. The bed was very comfortable & the shower had really good pressure. We found it to be a quiet building so it’s a nice place to relax. However, if you want to be where there’s action, it’s right around the corner. The condo is well stocked with absolutely anything you’d need during your stay. Thanks again to Joshua & Cara!

Perfect location!! But you have to enjoy church bells on Sunday. Lol. We had an extended stay in this condo and there was not one thing we would change. Best stocked condo I’ve ever been in !!! Clean and updated !! Will definitely stay again !!! Thanks Joshua & Cara for having us !!!

Property was well furnished and very welcoming. The owner thought of all the things that his guests might enjoy. Coolers, beach chairs, towels, boogie board, snorkels, fins. Place to dry swimsuits. In the kitchen, blender, rice cooker, hand mixer, coffee grinder, french press....I could go on. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. You could explore Hilo, Wailokoa, Captain Cook. North, South, East. Just the right spot to relax or go on an adventure. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything here was great and the location was perfect, easy walk or short drive to everything in Kona. Having a reserved parking spot was very helpful. The condo had a great view, beach supplies, kitchen items, etc. very well furnished and clean. We hope we can return and when we do this property will be our first choice if it’s available.
