Location, View, Perfection... Here we have one of the best 2nd floor ocean views within the resort, looking over the Private Kolea Beach Club.

In the very heart of the Kolea Resort sits Kolea 10B. Perfectly placed to overlook Hale Kahakai and Anaehoomalu Bay, with views of Hualalai rising up to the clouds in the distance.

This home is on the second level of a 6 plex building, and shares a semi private elevator with only one other condo. It is so close to the Kolea Beach Club, you could count the steps and be at the private pool in 2 minutes time. The Kolea Beach Club has an infinity edged pool, a hot tub overlooking the bay, an intimate exercise facility, a sandy bottom keiki pond with waterfall, ample comfortable chaises to suntan in and shaded seating to lounge in as well. The gate on the ocean side of the pool gives way for your toes to be in the sands of A-Bay, where snorkeling, glass bottom tours, sail tours and even surfing lessons await you. Lava Lava Beach Club is a popular open air establishment nestled in the sands of the beach, ready to serve you libations and meals with live music.

The condo has two lanais that both have grand ocean and moutain views. The master lanai has sectional outdoor seating, arm chairs, as well as an outdoor dining set. The Viking BBQ grill, outdoor fridge and summer kitchen create the ideal environment to retreat from a taxing day at the beach to grill and toast to a lovely sunsets.

There are three suites in the home all furnished with flat screen televisions. The master suite and 2nd suite have king beds while the 3rd suite has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. All three suites have their own closet and private baths, with the larger suites having walk in closets, side by side vanities and deep soaking tubs plus walk in showers. The 3rd suite has a walk in shower and single vanity. The master suite has a smaller private lanai with ocean views and intimate seating.

The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware to settle in for home cooked meals. There is an enormous subzero fridge, with built in viking appliances. The dining table seats 6, and a couple of bar stools at the kitchen island add casual and convenient seating next to the built in wine cooler.

Fabulous, fully-furnished and stocked 3 BR, 3 BA Condo with forever ocean views. Just steps to the beach, pool and gym.? This was our 50+ trip to Hawai’i renting high-end properties, and this was the nicest property we’ve seen. We’ll definitely come back.

Our stay at Kolea 10B was quite simply the best! The location was unbeatable with the pool and beautiful beaches of A-bay just steps away. Easy access to everything and anything you may want or need. As for the unit, it was stellar. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Although we stayed busy with activities all around the island, we often found ourselves being drawn back to the condo to sit on the lanai for an evening of cool breezes and brilliant sunsets. We enjoyed Kolea so much that we actually extended our stay an extra day! Our host Wendee was wonderful and accommodated our every request. We loved every minute of our stay. In fact, I hesitate to write this review because I would like to keep this gem a secret!

We had an amazing stay at Kolea 10B! It was a prime location in terms of the view and close proximity to the beach and pool. The kids loved the pool. Sunsets on the beach were incredible. The condo is luxurious in a modern style. The lanai is huge with floor to ceiling sliding doors that slide all the way open. Each room has an attached bathroom and then another bathroom in the hallway. We had small kids who couldn’t reach the sinks in the bathroom so we asked the property manager for a stool they could stand on. They didn’t have one so she bought for us the next day, which we appreciated it. We would definitely stay here again!
