This was lovely though we prefer the wider angle view without the wall on the left side of the balcony but really we have no complaints. Pretty awesome to see this view from bed.
Nice room with updated bathroom. Carpet wasn’t the cleanest & some furniture was broken. Overall, it was comfortable and conveniently located on the property near the laundry and pool.
Dear Discover Kelowna team, thank you for the good management. On the day we arrived, April sent detailed text message and guide me to the place and how to obtain key. The condo is very spacious, clean, classic and adorable. It is very easy to access most dowtown attractions on foot, which perfectly fits for my family needs without a vehicle. I will surely re-visit and book this place if we will travel to Kelowna again in the future. Thank you again to the team and owner for this lovely suite.

We had stayed at the Hanalei Bay Resort before, and were thrilled to find a privately owned room to stay at this time when the resort was sold out. We were pleasantly surprised at how similar the check-in process was to staying as a regular hotel guest. We still enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel. The room was clean, nicely decorated & stocked with everything we needed. We loved our stay!
The place was clean and modern. Gorgeous view, friendly staff. No kitchenette, no microwave. No guests allowed to visit at pool, bar/restaurant opens late, no place for breakfast or dinner. We arrived at noon and we could not check in early even though our room was ready. No response from the mgmt company. Also, hidden fees that we had to pay the hotel.parking and daily hotel fees.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was further out from the main entrance which we knew prior to booking but we liked that and were able to get extra steps in! The property was clean & had a few more items than listed which was a great surprise. The views were gorgeous and the staff were friendly. We were here for a wedding and only wished we had more time to enjoy the amenities.
Property was immaculate, such lovely landscaping, check in was super friendly, we loved the Happy Talk restaurant. Our room was perfect for a week-- excellent views, love the shower fixtures, awesome mattress. We thought it was a great value, and especially loved the easy walk to the beach and access to Hanalei 1--- the coffee shop. Would love to return soon- had the best time!!!!
Enjoyed the location and property I was surprised by the resort and parking fees
Was listed online as 1,324 square feet, but in reality was barely over 500 (confirmed with the property manager by getting a floor plan). Although the unit was clean and had a nice view, this was a deal breaker and the inaccuracy of the listing was pretty upsetting. I canceled my stay and checked out early.
Beautiful property and perfect beaches and town nearby.
