Right next to magic sands beach with great swimming and snorkeling.
We had a great stay! The listing was very accurate and check-in was simple. The location is fantastic — being able to listen to the ocean at night and having direct ocean access was a real highlight. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues with bugs or outside noise. Parking was easy and convenient. The only small improvement would be cleanliness in the kitchen and main living area, which could have been a bit more thorough. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Kona area!

Crashing waves just 50 feet from the bed with a wide open window wall was great.
We really enjoyed our stay. Clean condo with every amenity we could possibly need. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel equipment. Excellent location in between 2 beaches within walking distance. There is also a restaurant/bar attached to the condo building with great food and a local favorite to watch the sunset. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our condo view. Amazing! We saw whales and dolphins from our window also! Would highly recommend this place! Aloha!
We have stayed at this property in the past. You can not beat the location. We washed whales from our couch! This apt was the nicest one we have stayed in! It’s light and bright. Clean, comfortable. We will be back!
Having the ocean right smack infront of the condo was amazing! Did not spend any time in the area of the condo as we toured all over the island. Was centerally located for all directions. Great to wake up to the ocean and fall asleep with the sound of the waves!

The unit was very nice and comfortable. The location was beautiful with amazing sunsets right outside our window. We enjoyed having the beach, pool and restaurant so accessible. It was an overall great experience. The property management was so helpful with constant texts to check in on us and provide us with any information we needed. Beautiful ocean front view overlooking magic sands beach. Only a one minute walk to magic sands beach, where we were lucky enough to swim with dolphins and spot sea turtles. The room had everything we needed and the bed was extra comfortable. I would stay again here in a heart beat and recommend this to anyone coming to Kona

Everything we had hoped for and more! The view was amazing, the beach next door was beautiful and there was plenty of beach gear provided to keep us occupied all week. We did not use the pool or bbq, but would definitely recommend the beach shack and restaurant next door. Overall would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property.Communication was excellent with confirmation, check in instructions and property info.The unit was spotless and very comfortable.You cannot beat the view. Loved falling asleep to the crashing waves.We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. It was so nice to be able to walk to Magic Sands beach nextdoor.Will stay here upon our return to the island.
It appears that the road in front of the apartment building is a thorough fair. We did not know that the traffic never stopped. Neither did the noise in addition to that across the street or parking lots evidently for the restaurant and for people using the beach I’m not sure which, it appears that base music in cars is still popular in Hawaii and they are there all day every day I had to walk across the street to beg them to please turn the base on the radios down. We would never have rented there if we would have known, there was a party lot across the street. I think it’s unfair. You don’t tell people people about it.

what a location. only 12m from the ocean, with the sound of waves crashing into the rocky shore line, whales breaching and amazing sunsets with a small but good beach at the end of the building. Was busy over Xmas New years but where isn't. Location scores it 200%.
The property is right next to a small sandy beach which is nice. In the condo with all the doors closed you can hear the waves crashing so it was hard to sleep for a light sleeper.
