This was our first trip to Hawaii and I wanted a property that had amazing views and was right on the beach. If you’re looking for the same, this place is for you! Very clean and had everything we needed. A cooler, cold packs, snorkel gear, a bag we used for the beach, and everything else. Our only regret was we wished we used the snorkel gear sooner! We waited until the last day and it was our favorite activity. Sat on the balcony every morning and evening. Really enjoyed this property, thank you!

This condo was everything we needed and perfectly matched the listing info. The view was spectacular with the ocean and gorgeous sunsets every evening and comfy deck furniture for napping. The unit had great inside furniture too with plenty of seating and comfy beds. The kitchen had everything needed including spices and oil and plenty of cutlery and wine and Prosecco glasses. Lastly, the unit comes with beach towels and beach chairs and even had a beach cooler.
The location is great for easy access to all of west Maui with Lahaina only ~15 mins south and lots of beaches and snorkeling.

This was our second time staying at this property. The views don’t get any better. You can whale and sea turtle watch from the balcony. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There’s a powder room off the living area. Perfect for two couples! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful location, great lanais for whale watching. There were some issues with condo, dishwasher upper rack has a broken roller, tv remotes do not work well even after changing batteries, and air conditioner can not keep up, we were all hot at night. The extra oscillating fans in the bedrooms did help.

First trip to Hawaii for all in our group. Didn’t have a lot of pre arranged plans but always found something to do. Always nice to come “home” to 1210 at Royal Kahana and enjoy the views. Hope to be able to visit again. Wouldn’t hesitate one second to book this property.

What a beautiful property. The view was amazing and everything about the unit was first class. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to a small market right across the street. There were two couples and the unit couldn’t have been more perfect!!

Incredible views from the balcony. Watched turtles any time we were out there.
Good location - close to beaches and restaurants.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as beautiful as the first stay. You can not find a more beautiful view from the lanai. We watched sea life and the most beautiful sunsets all from the lanai.

The Views Sights and sounds cannot be beat! This condo is that of an HGTV Dream Home! The comfortable furniture, beautiful bathrooms, all the beach chairs towels coolers you need for the beach a plus! The private beach access was pure Paradise!! Also the comfortable furniture out on the Lanai, makes it hard to pull yourself away, The only problem with this place is Leaving.. Mahalo Nui Loa.. Aloha..
