Wonderful ocean view with waves breaking in your backyard creating constant’music’ to my ears. Love the private lanai Pool in the interior of the property was quite loud daily with kids screaming was somewhat annoying.

Very comfortable unit. Enjoyed the sound of the surf and watching the surf boarders. Lanai was particularly nice for relaxing. Easy walk to a market for fresh fruit. Helpful to have Vacasa manager on site.

We have stayed at the Kona Bali Kai numerous time in various condos. This was a wonderful condo to stay. Very comfortable, right on the ocean, hot tub, pool, and good amenities. Highly recommend this condo. Mahalo!

Almost everything looks like it came from a flea market. Broken, chipped, and many useless things taking up space so there is very little room to put guest items, especially groceries. Owner is similar to a slum lord.
