This Garden Level villa will provide you with the privacy to relax in your lanai while enjoying the views of your garden enclave. The residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals.  The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% to be paid on all transient accommodations. The best of both worlds, villa living on a resort. Very spacious 3bed and 3bath. 2 of the rooms I would consider master suits with their own private bathroom. Excellent floor plan. High end kitchen and BBQ grill. Patio led to a grassy area and about 20 yards away from the shared Villa Pool. Excellent layout for children. Going back and forth to the pool was a breeze. 3-5 min walk to resort pools (lazy river, water slide) and beach. The beach was perfect for family and children. I would rent again!

Gorgeous villa with every amenity possible. Perfect layout for families or multiple couples. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of space. The lanai was amazing outdoor space for eating together and having private space to relax. The pool in front was never crowded and allowed for plenty of distancing from other guests. The property manager was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean with nice upgrades as described; however, on the first night we all took cold showers because the water heater was not turned on prior to our stay. It was NOT disclosed to us that the Pool right in front of the condo wOuld not OPEN just that there were only 3 on property that were open😏 we had to walk all the way to the main pool . There was a good amount of millipedes throughout the condo for the entire stay and the main outdoor patio was not cleaned well. Other than these few items I’d say it was a nice stay but, not worth the $$$$$
