*NOTICE* Royal Kahana Resort will be undergoing a multi-week spalling project starting January 4, 2024. The noise associated with the repairs is expected to last several weeks and is scheduled for five days per week, starting no earlier than 9:00 am and ending no later than 4:00 pm. Royal Kahana 618 is a cozy studio with spectacular views! Enjoy space for additional guests in the main living area. This unit comfortably sleeps 3 guests with a King size bed and a Twin size bed. Enjoy indoor dining for two or dine al fresco on your private lanai while you take in the stunning views. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen for the meals you decide to dine in. This unit has a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Stay cool with central AC and ceiling fans or simply open up your lanai door to enjoy those cool ocean breezes. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

A fantastic studio condo with a spectacular view of the ocean off the lanai. Well stocked kitchenette (with full size fridge), perfect for cooking meals and preparing drinks. Great beach chairs and oversized beach towels. Added bonus having a washer & dryer. The unexpected fun surprise was the welcome snacks!

Great time in Maui. Condo very dated, bad lighting, but nice view. You get what you paid for with this unit.

You can spend a lot more for a location like this. Everything was as described. Great view and loved the sound of the ocean with the patio door open all night. No issues.

Getting into the condo was super easy. This is a great place to stay when not traveling with too many other people. Washer and dryer in the unit where a plus!

This room was not accurate to the listing no updates at all. Poor quality, AC,bed,bathroom, This needs to be totally redone.

My experience was great. The check-in process was easy and parking was not a problem. The room was just as it was listed and clean. Close to the beaches and front street. I would stay here again!

Renting the property was easy, but the fees that were tacked on were staggering. The unit is old and things were broken or not functioning properly. We were disappointed. We wanted a unit with 2 Queen beds, and we did not know until later we didn’t get that. On a happy note, the view was lovely and staff at Royal Kahana were wonderful. Very Aloha! 🌺🌈🌴

The condo had everything I needed to work remotely for a week. I slept with the lanai open, the breeze and ocean sounds created a very relaxing ambiance. The king bed was super soft and it felt like I was sleeping on clouds!
