ABOUT THE CONDO...
Kaanapali Shores Resort is considered a BEACHFRONT PROPERTY that is located along the northern coast in West Maui, centrally located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua! The surf will determine the size of the beach area directly in front of the resort during your stay. But, there is a walkable beach year-round just a couple blocks away! Inside the unit you will find an assortment of beach gear, such as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and more!!

This is a spacious one bedroom and one bath condo with ocean views from the lanai and living area. The unit is located on the 5th floor and has been updated with black granite countertops and kitchen cabinets. Other recent improvement has been a fresh coat of paint and new carpet in November 2021 as well as all new stainless-steel appliances in July 2022.

Enjoy your morning coffee/tea or sip on a tropical drink in the evening on your private lanai. The unit can sleep up to four guests' comfortably. The bedroom provides a King size bed (Recently replaced), a flatscreen TV; along with a dresser and closet for your personal belongings. The sofa in the living area has a pull-out queen size sofa sleeper with a 6 inch mattress; and a TV & DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave; along with dishes, utensils and cookware. You can seat up to four guests' comfortably for dining by using the table, either inside or out on the lanai. The unit does provide free basic cable, Wifi, and a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath supplies which include paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a sponge, hand soap, and toilet paper. If you should run out these items during your stay, it is up to the guest to purchase what is needed for the duration of the stay. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use.

Kaanapali Shores Resort features a onsite restaurant, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge. Recreational amenities include 2 outdoor pools (Oceanside Pool and a newly remodeled Garden Pool), 2 jet spas, a sauna, and a privately owned fitness facility. You would need to contact the fitness facility to find out their current rates. Spa amenities include spa services, massage, beauty services, and a hair salon. Additional property amenities include business services, concierge desk, barbecue grills, and beach activities desk. The property has designated areas for smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the lanai. Ka'anapali Shores charges a daily parking fee of $9.95 plus tax. The $25.00 daily resort fee is waived since this is a private rental.

Enjoy numerous water activities all right here; such as snorkeling, surfing, and paddleboarding, just to name a few. Championship golf courses are also just minutes away. Take a stroll along the boardwalk to Whaler's Village, where you will find plenty of shopping, casual and fine dining. Near the resort you will find a grocery store, farmers market, and fish market.
