Great unit equipped with everything you need. Nice property, good communication from local office. Photos don't show updated couch, much bigger and nicer than the one shown. Fantastic location, a quick walk down a lovely path to the beach and its stunning sunsets.
This property was perfect for our first visit to Kauai. The walking path to Brenneckes and Poipu Beach was convenient, and the unit came equipped with chairs, some snorkels, and a wagon that we used to walk down and swim with fish and sea turtles. While the unit had some boogie boards available, they were either broken or too small for us to use.
A pleasant surprise was the updated couch, which was different from the one shown in the pictures. The bathtub was great for relaxing, and the pools and hot tubs were very close by. However, we struggled to get the access key for the third pool to work.
Additionally, be cautious with the towel holder on the right sink in the master bathroom, as it is loose. The standout feature of this unit was the communication from the host. I texted them multiple times during our trip, and they were incredibly responsive. It truly felt like we had a host who cared about making our experience enjoyable.
We spoke to several people who mentioned that they always stay at the Regency at Poipu when they visit Kauai, and I completely understand why. We gave it a 10/10!

Very comfortable and quiet
Place was nice and everything worked fine. Except the access to the athletic club we were told are room number didn ’t come up so yeah, it says access kinda miss leading. Other than that great time
We had a great time!! A great location and the condo, pools, and hottubs were outstanding. Some of the beach items for use were broken and the dishwasher didn't work very well. We still very much enjoyed our stay!!
We were impressed by this property throughout our entire 14 day stay. Communication was clear, property was as advertised, and location was unbeatable.

It was our first trip to Kauai. Since I've visited the other Hawaiian islands numerous times I wanted to stay on each side of Kauai during our stay. This allowed us to get the full experience from each unique zone. We loved the Poipu location & condo!
Conveniently located in Poipu and walkable to beaches for play, sunrise, sunset. Adequate kitchen utensils etc. I tend to like to cook and bake so that was not sufficient, but we got by. With air conditioning and ceiling fans outside noise is not as apparent. Small pool but good enough. Overall was a comfortable condo.
Short walk to the beach. You can walk to watch the sunrise and the sunset. I was a little worried about the comments about noise from upstairs unit. There was some but not anything that prevented us from getting a good nights rest. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed even nice wine glasses.
