A $250 fine per violation, per person, will apply.

・Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
Trash Disposal:
Please use the trash chute near the elevator.
Do not leave trash in hallways to avoid fines.
・No Hanging Laundry:
Clothes or towels may not be hung on lanai railings or out of windows.
A $100 fine will apply for violations.

Great stay, good location, good pool. Nice views from Lanai, beach short walk. Very central to what we needed. Enjoyed the kitchen. Very quiet unit. Would stay again.

We stayed at this unit for 12 nights in November 2023. Location is great. Ocean and marina view from patio was very nice to sit and drink coffee in the morning. Enjoyable stay.

Listing pictures reflected the room accurately. I travel with my elderly parents so the safety bars in the shower and carpeted floors were a priority for me. The king size bed was spacious and the Marina view was pleasant. We could hear the weekly music from our lanai. There was a problem with the AC when we got to the room and I received prompt assistance from the property manager, even though it was a weekend. The Ilikai has several restaurants available if you do not feel like leaving the property, and easy access to the Hilton lagoon and beaches. Great location. Easy access to central Waikiki, but enough on the outskirts so you do not have to deal with the traffic when entering and leaving the property.

Can’t beat the location for convenience right at the edge of the Waikiki beach action but close to local full market and locals eating options that won’t break the bank. The 3rd floor location is the real secret… nearly completely avoided the sometimes crowded and busy elevators!
The unit is a little worn from love and memories with its history as a family vacation rental BUT ideal for beach, eat, sleep, repeat!
