Nice clean and comfortable!
This location is prime for walking around Waikīkī and access to the beach. The included parking pass is a must especially due to limited parking around!
The unit itself is nice and fairly modern. It’s clear this is a rental unit and has been for a while with all the scuffs and dents visible throughout the unit. Check-in was simple and the unit was as advertised. The unit could use a better clean between tenants. There were some areas on the bathroom counter, bathroom cabinet, and kitchen that were dirty.The specific unit we stayed in was directly across the hall from the elevators so you could hear a fair amount of foot traffic in the hall.Be mindful of the parking rules/recommendations from the host as the parking ramp can be busy. We never had an issue finding a spot but it can get tight between vehicles.
Very clean. Walking diatance to many different establishments and things to do. Room next to elevator was not a problem. More of a convenience!

The unit was nicely remodeled and functional. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was nice. The air conditioner worked well. The beach was within walking distance and the on-site parking was convenient with 4 elevators close by.
Great place with great location. Only reason i couldn't give it 5 stars is because the AC broke during our stay. The host was great about having it replaced, but it definitely affected our ability to enjoy the place.
This is a really spectacular little property. If you want the Waikiki Beach experience, this rental puts you smack dab in the everything. One of the best perks parking! Considering how expensive parking is in this area, this makes for a great deal. So why the low rating: no AC. From the moment we checked in, the AC just seemed to be blowing air, not COLD air. We contacted the hosts and they apologized and asked for pictures and that they would get someone out to fix it. We sent pictures and the following day (late morning) they sent a note to reset the filter. Seriously? Anyone who knows anything about AC units knows that's not a fix. Long story short, after asking if someone was coming out to fix the unit, we got no response. After a second message from me on the VRBO app, still no response. Bottomline - we spent 4 nights at the property with no AC. Also note, if the AC was working well, it is only in the living room, NOT THE BEDROOM. Still haven't heard a word back from the hosts. If you want to sleep in a room with no AC, and barely a breeze 24 floors up (and a 12 inch table fan for circulation) feel free to book this property. Me? Never again.

Front door is hard to close and no key for the deadbolt. Free parking, nice fridge, ac worked great, plenty of tv channels, check in was a breeze,went directly to the room. Would recommend.

The room was upgraded and beautiful! There were many amenities included. We had an issue with the toilet that was resolved right away! The location was perfect, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay at this property again!

The lanai was a highlight! Very clean, tastefully furnished apartment with ample storage, nice kitchen, and parking included! (Visitors with cars will need to park temporarily and collect the parking pass from the apartment before entering the parking garage.) Excellent choice for anyone who wants convenience without the full-scale Waikiki crowds.

Condo was perfect for two people. It was well equipped with everything that is needed as well as some extras like coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, sunscreen, aloe, etc. It’s in a great location, easy to walk to beach and shops and parking pass was a nice bonus.
The owners have thought of everything. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view of Diamond Head from lanai are beautiful. Steps away from Waikiki Beach, restaurants and shopping. The parking spot was a bonus! The only negatives do not have to do with the unit, but instead the complex—the hot tubs don’t function, instead you get just a warm bath and the grills require quarters for use. I would recommend this unit.

Expectations were met. Definitely recommend staying here.
Beautiful property. Pleasantly surprised when we found fans, beach chairs, beach mats in the closet. Property is located right off the elevator so i thought we would hear the elevator but we never heard it.
Loved the location as well and could walk to the beach and restaurants. Coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee.
Mark was very prompt in responding to email and we would definitely book here again.
