It also is set up for a home office with a desk, printer and plenty of room to utilize as a office space. The garage is detached and perfect to park your vehicle inside, next to all the beach gear for your use and easy packing and unpacking on those great beach days. The location is perfect, right across from the Queen Shops and King Shops of Waikoloa Beach Resort. A 10 minute walk to the beach and great relaxing night life. Listen to Hawaiian music from the Queen shops as the sun is setting. You can't beat the ambiance this location provides, definitely living Aloha! New furnishings in the living room!

Very nice location for many activities. This unit is also equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools and beach accessories to use. Highly recommend for family or couple trip.

Nice unit, as described and pictured. I would certainly rebook if I'm back in Waikoloa Beach.

Waikoloa Beach Villas K-2 was beyond amazing. Initially I was concerned about the close proximity to the main road but once inside the gated community you’d have no idea that the busy shops and restaurants are right across the street. The unit was immaculately clean with gorgeous decor. The master suite is well appointed with comfortable Cal King bed, huge walk in closet, large bathtub and separate shower. The fun additions such as ukulele and yoga setup were amazing bonuses. Beach day amenities in the garage include beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel and fin sets, stand up paddle boards, and boogie boards for 4-6 people. Lanai is quiet and feels secluded. I saw a recent review that expressed concern about the laundry but both machines operated perfectly and had no odor that I could discern. Hostess Amy was very communicative and responsive, and although we didn’t need a thing during our 7 day trip it was nice to know she was accessible should we have questions or concerns.
