It was great; spacious and clean; just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with miscellaneous tools for cooking. For a family, Harrington 2beds/2baths is the way to go. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Several beaches within a short drive. We would come back and stay at this specific unit.
Loved staying in this condo. The highlight was sitting in the lanai and enjoying the view. This condo was fully stocked with the exception of condiments. One minor negative was no door separating the bathroom, with the exception of the toilet, from the main bedroom. We had someone who insisted on parking in our parking space which created a cascading effect of everyone being displaced from their spot. Despite these minor inconveniences we are thinking of returning in the fall. Highly recommend this condo.
The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet. The location is one of the best parts. We walked to the beach and to the Hilton. The Hilton pass gets you free self parking and a pass to the many pools and lagoon at the resort. Our departure was delayed by a day by the airlines. Resortica Hawaii, the management company, was phenomenal in helping us to stay another day. I would highly recommend this property!!!
Daughter, Son in law and teenage granddaughter who loved the ocean, swimming pool(s) and walking the petroglyph King's trail. We completed the 1000 pieces puzzle, I thought would be impossible. The kitchen is complete to prepare any meal, BBQ near by. Lanai was ideal to have meals or cocktails and enjoy beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable too.
Pros: Location, location, location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, nature walks, and beaches. The pool pass was great! You get all the benefits of the Hilton pools and free parking but you don’t have to stay at the craziness of the hotel.
The condo has everything you will need. Stocked kitchen, minus pantry items. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and the space worked well for a family of 4 people. Communication from property management was easy and helpful.
Things to note: The pool on property is a bit small but clean and nice. The master bathroom does not have a door to the shower and sinks. This is a middle unit so you hear the people above and the unit below hears you.
My two daughters and I had a great stay at this condo. The Waikoloa area is great and this unit has excellent proximity to everything - beach (15 min walk), shops (5 min walk), and the Hilton pool (5 min drive). Two bedroom setup and kitchen with spacious living area was perfect. The patio overlooking the golf course made all of our meals enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

Our family really enjoyed staying in N24. It is not brand new but really well maintained. Everything worked perfectly. Nothing was broken. Kitchen has everything we needed. Plenty of beach gear. Overall impression from condo is very cozy. Condo complex has a lot of greenery and a great pool. Parking spot was right downstairs from condo!
Nice, clean, spacious condo in Waikoloa. Great location that is central to everything (walking distance) but feels private and remote. The pool is fantastic and the condo is well stocked with everything you might need. The outdoor patio is lovely and the condo has everything you might need for the beach.
This condo had everything we were looking for in a Vrbo. A great master bed, well appointed kitchen, a big comfy couch and lots of beach toys
Loved our stay in the Waikaloa Resort area. The unit was comfortable and the central location was awesome. Loved the balcony view overlooking the golf course and the King Shops. The unit was well equipped including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. The infinity pool and hot tub were awesome. Overall, had a great stay!
