    We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. ...

    Absolutely loved my view, easy access to everyday stuff, plus felt very secure. The pool was great also.

    This condo was everything and more, well appointed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, new kitchen, the ocean view and mt views were so wonderful and unobstructed. Everything you needed for the beach and close to everything. Will definitely return.
