This location is absolutely beautiful and walking distance to many activities. Also near bus stop to get to all parts of the island or paid parking areas if have a car. I enjoyed my stay immensely, waking up to the view of the beach and Diamond Head was amazing! Thank you!

The AC unit had its condinsation tube draining into a bucket under the cabinet that overflowed into the room there was only one small carpet in the unit..old pots and pans and there was no table at all in the unitI would not recommend this room at all ..its gets a 3 out of 10 only for the view
Overall our stay was good. The feel of the room and building is more casual, sort of a beach feel, which I suppose is appropriate for the setting. I had the impression from the listing that it was going to be a more upscale property. The location is not 15 steps as indicated in the listing, instead a long block away but still convenient to Waikiki Beach. Free parking is easily available on the street. Anyone considering a stay should understand that Waikiki Beach is a busy, noisy place, which can disrupt sleep, so just be aware of that when booking. There appear to be less expensive options with a city view, which could be a better value. Having a partial ocean view without a balcony is not really worth a premium when spending time mostly out and about.
Simple compact accommodations. Beautiful view but windows dirty. One frying pan that is warped. Minimal closet space.
This place is super convenient and and just an overall perfect location, the view from the window is spectacular. However, it needs some deep cleaning and some updating. For the price and location though I would recommend.
The room was exactly like the pictures and the customer service communication with the property manager was exceptional. We did have a few hiccups during our stay but overall it’s a beautiful view from the room and perfect location.
Location is good near the beach.
A great location near the beach and basic nearby services. Everything worked fine, tv requires streaming accounts so couldn't even watch local news. Our main complaint was there is no table or chairs to eat -- however, it wasn't advertised as having so our bad for not noticing. Even tv trays would have been helpful. Host was prompt with any messaging.
The South location made it easier to get out of Waikiki which I know can be a headache. It was overall an incredible experience and the room was very comfortable at night and during the day. It was helpful to see the vacuum against the wall as you can imagine a lot of sand gets into the room. I think I would stay here again.
The best bit was location good and good toilet roll. Nothing else really, Hard to enter property, held to Ransome by having to pay another $45 USD TO GET THE PIN NUMBER FOR DOOR ENTRY. Dated property. Nowhere to eat, lights not working, lights not turming off, noisy aircon u it. Just needs a good renovation and getting up to standards for the price charged. Never reccommend or go to there again. Customer service was bad to, no help onsite as seperate from Hotel , really like an Air B n Bat extaushinate price. Very Dissappointed and felt ripped off. No damage to the property by us yet we were forced to pay a $45 Damage Waiver to gain a text on arrival for the pin code for door. This os totally unacceptable. Anyone thinking of booking through "Marbella", don't bother. A unprofessional company. Only for their own gain. Not to provide a pleasant service or stay.
Everything was great except the noise from the bar downstairs. The room, communications and check in process all great. Location is awesome. No issues whatsoever. BUT…there’s a bar with no windows on the second floor and the party goes on until 2 am every day. If that doesn’t bother you this is your place. If it does thou..
Room 509 at the Waikiki Grand Hotel was okay. We had some trouble getting the TV to work. The air conditioner blew directly at our faces while in bed, and didn't seem to be a way to redirect it. The windows were taped shut, yet other rooms in the hotel had windows that opened. The mattress was lumpy which caused my wife to have trouble sleeping and irritated her (already) bad back.
For the price of the room, it was adequate but probably would not recommend it to anyone.

We like the price and features of this property. The bed was very comfortable. The room was super clean. Great view. The kitchen was convenient. The unit could use some towel bars and/or hooks. The host was very responsive and communication was good. The 10th floor deck gave great view of Diamond Head and the Pacific looking to the south. The pool was enclosed next to the parking lot. We never went there. The staff was very nice. The Hulu Bar and the burger joint were in the Hotel; that was convenient. We walked to the beach; it was 1/2 block away. Starbucks and ABC stores were adjacnet.
Great location! You can see both the beach and the mountains from the condo. It was clean and easy checkin
We loved being on the edge of Waikiki, with the views of ocean, zoo, and Dimond Head. The protected calm beach next to the pier was perfect for us, and the beach chairs saved us each the cost of renting for $10 per hour! We also enjoyed the 10th floor patio and meeting some of the year round residents.

The location was the best part of this booking; the suite is as described, and close to the beach. However, the quality of the cleaning when we arrived was not great, and there were cockroaches in the kitchen, which we didn’t discover until part-way through our stay; the unit needed pest control and a thorough deep-cleaning.
Our biggest issue was that the fridge/freezer didn’t work properly, despite the management company promising in advance that this unit would have a freezer; we noted on arrival (at midnight) that there was a second bar fridge in the unit, and that the normal sized fridge/freezer was not operating properly. We notified Marbella Lane promptly the next morning, and they pretended that it was a new problem, wanting photos, asking for a site visit, etc. The local staffer did appear, and admitted that this was a known issue; thus began a saga of dozens of emails back and forth with Marbella Lane, trying to get the issue resolved. I depend on medication that must be kept at a particular temperature, and on ice packs for pain management. They promised they were “on it.” Their messages were polite, and it seemed like the local staffer genuinely tried to help, but the new fridge/freezer still wasn’t delivered for six days, and that severely affected my ability to enjoy the vacation.
They also had many odd “rules”, and threatened extra fees for any wear and tear, make-up on towels, etc. Bottom line: we’ll choose a different suite next time.
The condo is close to the beach, the staff is great and we will return!
The best location of Waikiki. This unit has no double pane windows so you hear street noise and the bar tel 1:30 am. A real nightmare. Motorcycles are all the time… unit was adequate.
Nor 15 steps from beach. Very dated!
