Welcome to beautiful Hale Lula o' Nai'a (House of the Dolphins) on Alii Drive, ocean front retreat!
Located on Alii Drive in Kailua Kona just north of Kahalu'u Beach Park, a great place for surfing, paddle boarding and snorkeling. Two ocean front suites (both with King Size beds) on each end of the home, provide privacy and plenty of space.

Hale Lula o' Nai'a is close to beaches, shopping, a movie theater, and golf course. This home has also been well maintained and is beautifully furnished with great beachy island touches. Enjoy 180-degree ocean view!

Kahalu'u Bay is just a 2-minute walk from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. White Sands Beach Park is just a mile away. Enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Sheraton, which is just 5 minutes south. Experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Watch the Manta Rays perform their graceful ballet from Rays on the Bay at the Sheraton.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Kona. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the showers were great. The lanai was the perfect spot to relax and watch the sun set. We would love to return one day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, overall we liked our stay. We’d rate a 6 out of 10. We liked being further out. Would really suggest a new bed and pillows also AC unit in the living room. It did get a little uncomfortable we spent most of the time out in the porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in four houses along this stretch of coast. We all felt this was the most comfy house! Needs a few upgrades (dryer required pliers to operate and dishwasher was hard to get started as well). Beds, furniture, especially the porch were homey! We were bummed the hammock shown in the pictures was not there anymore.

We could not have asked for a better property to visit during our stay on the Big Island. The deck is even better than the photos! Amazing sunsets, calming sound of the ocean, and a warm breeze all the time. The kitchen was well stocked, shower had amazing water pressure, and the bed is comfortable. The location is great to visit the entire island, close to restaurants and the airport while feeling like you are on a private island once in the house. They even had beach chairs and towels to use, which was so convenient. I’d return to the Big Island again for the sole reason to stay at this home again!

To sit on the lanai and have a glass of wine and watch the surfers was the best!
