Beautiful view and location. Comfortably houses 6 adults. Close to hotel, small beaches and town. Four vs five star rating due to cooling issues within home for a couple of days. Sliders to lanai need to be locked shut - but sliders hard to lock. Also lanai is too hot to use when cooling inside is on. All and all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. Had some trouble with sliding doors to deck and dishwasher. Also one toilet needed several flushes.
We had a great stay! Spacious unit with a great patio. The AC units work well to cool down the unit including the upper unit once they are on. Kids loved the pool and pickleball after dinner. Mahalo for a wonderful few days!
The beautiful view can't be beat. I would choose this place again. Only gave 4 stars because the mattresses need to be replaced.

We roasted. The loft was 91, and with the exception of the front bedroom, we sweated continuously. They provided room ac for bedrooms, but the vaulted ceilings were beyond the capacity by far. Nice unit but otherwise. We bought a fan for the living room and a set of fry pans, because of warping.
We were unable to stay at the property due to a AC issue that could not be resolved.
Property was nice and in good location. Air conditioning did not cool home. Loft area quite warm.
The property was clean and everything that was promised. There were significantly more supplies there than we expected.
The location of this condo is perfect for going to Kona, the beaches, restaurants, airport and more. We loved our stay here. The place was exceptionally decorated and had everything we needed for a 9-night stay for six adults. The rooms were comfy and clean and having three full bathrooms was fantastic. The management was communicative and responsive - exceptional really. We felt welcomed and special upon arrival and our two milestone birthdays in our group were delightfully acknowledged with some thoughtful gifts upon our arrival. This was one of the BEST experiences that I have had with VRBO and I would recommend these folks to everybody. I honestly felt right at home in this charming place and I felt that management went out of their way to make us feel this way. After being awake for nearly 24 hours to get there, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for an awesome time. I cannot wait to come back! Sincerely, Lori and crew.
Had a wonderful week stay at this oceanfront property. Easy check-in and check-out with accommodations and furnishings even better than expected. Location is convenient to Kailua-Kona, restaurants, grocery, and local beach park for snorkeling. A lovely property with amenities on site, have stayed at multiple units at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and will most certainly return.
This condo is beautifully situated, can't beat its view. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay--plenty of kitchen items, towels, household items, games and beach gear (including tons of beach towels). Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it didn't bother us to have the TV room blocked off at night to create a 3rd bedroom; it worked beautifully. And we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom.---huge plus with adult kids. The upstairs loft room has a huge bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower which were very nice. Be aware that in the loft bedroom suite there is no door from the bedroom to the bathroom, but you still have a ton of privacy due to the room configuration. While it didn't bother us it's worth mentioning if you have a group that would need the extra privacy of a door in that suite.
The complex is located close to a shopping center which is super convenient but a bit of a drive to Kona itself. If you like being away from the busy town, this place is ideal.The management was very responsive to questions and we had everything we needed. It does help to know there is no elevator for those with any mobility issues. All in all, it was an awesome stay, and we would come back!
We loved out time at your condo. We felt like we had a huge screen tv to look at all of the time and spent a good amount of time with binocs looking for whales. One did a full breach not to far from shore. Spectacular!!!
Great location. Wish the sliding wall to one bedroom wasn’t “paper” thin. Beautiful place and beautiful views! We had a great time.
