Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, sized well for the two of us, located close to town, and has a great view of the ocean and sunsets from inside and from the lanai. We prefer working with Knutson when we visit the Big Island. Our questions are handled promptly and completely. Instructions are clear and timely. We find their service consistently top notch.

The Kona Isle condos is a very nice property with unbeatable sunsets views. The unit itself has everything you need: beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there. Be aware this unit has no AC and was very hot during our August stay. With all the fans provided (6 in total) it is probably cool enough during cooler months.

It was wonderful just sitting out on the lanai and taking in the beauty!

The constant sound of the crashing waves was amazing. Eating our meals and watching the sunsets from the lanai was spectacular. It was the perfect location to celebrate our 40th anniversary.
