    Comfortable spacious studio that is a short walk from a quiet local beach. The unit is newly renovated, luxuriously furnished and provides a great base close to the north shore attractions, but away from the tourist hustle/bustle and traffic. The studio is for long term stays of over 90 days or more.

    This is a self contained spacious studio on the ground floor of Tri-plex complex. There is off street parking if required. The space was completed renovated in 2017 and has a kitchen with full sized fridge and cooking facilities. There is no air conditioning, but we provide a powerful fan to help keep you cool. The studio is available for stays of 90 days or more.

    The studio is tastefully decorated and features many amenities that will make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen features a single burner induction hotplate, a combination microwave/convection oven, a full sized fridge, and then cutlery, glasses . There is a kitchen table which can function as a desk/workstation for business travelers.

    The bathroom is new, clean and spacious with a shower cubicle, vanity and linen storage. All completed by elegant white marble tiling, and granite vanity top and new fixtures.

    A comfortable queen bed mattress complements in a 4 piece bedroom suite with plenty of drawer storage space to keep your clothes items in.

    The studio is attached to a 3 bedroom house that I rent to permanent tenants, who are friendly and can often give suggestions of what to do around the area . The master bedroom of the 3 bedroom house is above the studio, and you can hear foot steps if they are being particularly noisy. However the permanent tenants are completely aware of the Airbnb usage and have been instructed to keep it down, when tenants are there. If you do have an issue with noise you can contact me the owner who lives next door and I will sort it out.

    There is a laundry and dryer are that is available for use, please use your own detergent.

    If you require off street parking please put it in your rental inquiry and I will arrange it. The parking is on property and directly in front of the studio, very secure. Other wise there is plenty of street parking in front of the house, please read through the access instruction to see the designated parking area's.

    This is a great condo for just needing a place to sleep. We were out and about all day during a stay and just needed a place to shower and get some rest! It was very clean and spacious! Also a great location!
