Property was very well kept , great view of Ocean from Deck access to beach is on the property , Owner had all the beach toys, chairs umbrellas, snorkelling equipment all freely available , Cedar was very helpful and a awesome host. Thanks
We were so lucky to find this gem and will definitely. We will absolutely come here again if the host will have us!!! Very relaxed, the unobstructed view was to die for and the beach was not only steps away but to the left was full of sand while to the right you can snorkel to your hearts desire without having to go anywhere and fighting the crows. The unit has everything you need or would want. Historic Haleiwa is but a short drive away and if you love horses, you can go on beach rides nearby. Just, perfect -- and the hostess --- was easy to talk with and made sure we were well cared for. Best time ever. thank you!!!
This was a great place. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. There is air conditioning, but we never needed it. Lots of screened doors and windows and a ceiling fan did the trick. It was lovely sitting on the deck to have our meals, read, play scrabble. It would have been nice to have a chair or two inside. It is only needed when it rains, which it did several days when we first arrived. After that, we were perfectly comfortable sitting outside. The internet is very good, the bed is comfortable.
I had a great stay at this property. The owner and property manager were quick to respond and then step away to allow me to enjoy this little piece of paradise.
Everything was immaculate and the bed was VERY comfortable. I even looked to see what brand of mattress. It said Sunset Collection. Cedar, every mattress brand has a sunset. Do you remember the brand.
The best thing was the location and beautiful yard. The deck is the perfect place to take it all in.
There is a barbecue grill to share. I couldn’t find a grill brush. There are all sorts of beach chairs, ocean toys, and coolers. The washer and dryer were brand new.
I really enjoyed this rental and would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic stay in the cottage at Cedar’s property. Very cozy and convenient to hikes, Haleiwa and of course the beach. Mike, the property manager was really helpful and attentive to our needs/wants and very minimal concerns.

The location is to die for and Cedar toy chest includes all the recreational amenities one could possibly ask for . Beach chairs , bicycles, float tubes and more !

This was our second time to stay at Cedar’s place. We absolutely love it!! The view from the bed & lanai are amazing! The house has everything you need. The most beautiful beach is just steps away! Cedar is the best host and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!
We wanted to be in Hawaii and have those island Vibes without staying in the busy touristy area of Waikiki...and Cedar's home was exactly the place to be!
We felt safe, we could see and hear the ocean, everyday was picture perfect even through a brief storm. We didn't want for hardly anything during our stay and Cedar made sure she was available should anything come up.
The room, kitchen and bathroom were perfect for two...great closet space, amazing shower/head, and lots of little touches to be appreciated! The paperwork on site was clear with instructions, anyone around the property including the owner were quiet and respectful, and it was peaceful to say the least.
If you want a vacation where you can enjoy the island and the chaos of tourist areas, but still come home to peace and island ambiance, don't miss out on this property!

This is a great property on the north shore, right on the beach. We often were the only people on the beach. Perfect spot for watching whales and sea turtles. The property is close to Kaena Point and albatross nesting area. The location is about 45-60 minutes in various directions to major attractions.
Lots of water toys, beach towels, snorkel equipment, and beach chairs to choose from. The neighbors are very friendly. The property manager made us feel like family and was so welcoming and available for questions and information on local spots.
It’s an easy drive to various North Shore beaches; Sharks Cove was one of our favorites. Old Town Haleiwa was full of food trucks and other wonderful restaurants. Cholo’s was our favorite for Mexican food, best tamales ever. Be sure to stop by Island Vintage Coffee for breakfast, excellent.
The only negative was the internet, it’s sometimes slow and/or unreliable.
We are already making plans for our return next winter.
