This home is the absolute closest 4BR home to the wonderful KaMilo pool complex with two pools, two spas and a fitness center.
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes for 2024 / 2025. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Master Suites, each with a private ensuite and King bed. T
he third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds.
The fourth bedroom has two TwinXL beds that can also be combined into a King with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool and exercise facility and not far from the private beach. Waikoloa area is a perfect vacation spot. We loved it and will be returning! Highly recommend.

The house was as advertised. Very clean and check-in was easy, many amenities. There was plenty of room for a family of 8 adults to spread out. The beach club was a plus and offered beach lounge chairs, a great beach for snorkeling. It was also not crowded and had an attached bar and restaurant.
We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Property house location facilities were awesome.!
Coffee pot was very dirty on arrival though .
Mattress in lower double needs replacing. Snorkel, bikes etc were great. We could have had more since we were 10 people. As well as more wash clothes, beach and bathing towels and toilet paper. Otherwise it was excellante! thank you

Our Sunshine Oasis stay was wonderful for our 3 generation family trip. The home had everything we needed - the kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had plenty of towels to take to the large pool located just across the street, and appreciated the beach toys and wagon in the garage.
We were close to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The grocery store and shopping center close by was convenient.

We were a family of six adults and enjoyed our first stay in Hawaii. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay feel like home and then some. We appreciated the bikes, snorkeling gear, coolers and umbrellas. We did not use the pool much as we found it cold but absolutely loved the private beach club. You could not do any better. The snorkeling was fantastic, beach was well furnished and the restaurant and washrooms were awesome. Overall we had a great stay and are looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property. Very spacious. Excellent location close to pool. Well stocked with all necessities. Generous supply of toilet paper. Beach towels. The plastic containers were very handy. Overall very welcoming although we had trouble locating it just from the address. Little map or written instructions as are in the instruction book would be helpful. Minor issue with Apple TV kept asking for passwords to be entered.

Wow! This is great. Lush, green landscape. Beautiful house. Light switches etc. labled. Great view through house to outside. Amenities in house and complex were as stated.

Short drive to all of the best beaches. Loved that this house came with snorkel gear, boogie boards, bikes, coolers, everything you need is here! Well stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to come back!

We were very pleased with this property. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and the home had everything we could think of to make the stay enjoyable. Little things like beach towels and quality bath products were also very nice.I highly recommend it.

What a great house! The house is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! We had a couple beaches just a couple blocks away and many beaches within a few miles. We are a family of 10: 2 parents, three adult children two of whom have spouses, a teenager and two grand babies. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Great amenities for the babies too (porta-cribs, high chairs, booster seats). Lots of beach items too: chairs, snorkels, umbrellas, buckets and shovels). This house has everything!

This property was perfect for our family. The unit is large and comfortable. We spent a lot of time and the pool and beach club. The pool/beach items in the garage are a big plus! The convenience to the grocery store was really nice. The property management company was very responsive. All in all, a perfect vacation. We will return.

Location, location, location!! House was fully stocked with everything you need. From going to the beach to cooking or bar b queuing at the house. It’s located directly across the street from the pools and a very short walk to the trash. The house is well stocked with everything you need! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!
