This location has some of the most pristine and lightly visited beaches on the island – it’s just a short 3 to 4 minute walk to Sugar Beach. 5 miles of beautiful, sandy, secluded beach. Or, walk directly to a small hidden beach right in front of the complex.
This is the best kept secret on Maui!
Our condo is direct oceanfront! Maalaea village is a gem with its central location and its fantastic trade winds. They provide a cooling breeze that keeps the temperatures just right. We also have a timer controlled A/C just in case the cross breeze in the unit isn't enough for you. There are ceiling fans in every room as well.

From the lanai, gaze out and watch the sunrise over Haleakala (House of the Sun), the long dormant 10,000 foot volcano. Watch green sea turtles bobbing up for air and rolling in the surf, even sunning themselves on the beach. In the winter months (Nov-April) you will have a front row seat to breaching whales as they come back to the islands to give birth and nurse their young in the warm Hawaiian waters. In the summer months during a good south swell, you can watch surfers on the legendary surf break “Freight Trains”, the world’s fastest surfable wave.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool will make any stress you have brought with you melt away. Slip into to the pool and enjoy the ocean view while you relax in the Maui sun. This is also the only complex in Maalaea with a Jacuzzi.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender and all of the other essential supplies to comfortably enjoy cooking and eating in. (Even a Keurig for you coffee lovers!)There is also a great BBQ area oceanfront so you can enjoy the view while you cook.

Our Master Suite has a king-sized bed with a brand new mattress.

Mahalo to Gail and Steve for the privilege of staying in your condo. This condo is beautifully updated with quality items, right down to the utensils. This was such a treat to stay in a unit that has most of the comforts of home. It’s a fully stocked vacation home. The view is amazing and you can whale watch everyday on the comfortable lanai furniture. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we hope to book again next year. Mahalo and Aloha

This property is amazing and the hosts are great & have provided you with everything you could need. By far the nicest condo I’ve stayed at on Maui and I can’t wait to return. If you have young & loud kids you might want to rethink. Some of the other residents are crotchety old people who gave us a hard time about things that wouldn’t bother anyone normal with a functioning brain. Other than that, the property is perfect and I can’t reccomend it enough.

We rented four condo’s in this complex for a family vacation. This condo was by far the most well equipped. There was not one thing we needed. The experience was awesome. Will be looking at this unit again for future trips.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and watching the whales. The entire facility including the pool and whirlpool were well-maintained. Easy access to the beach down the road was great. We were not far from most locations on Maui including the airport. We highly recommend this condo for your stay!
