Such a great little spot near town center Kailua! About 5 min from the beach by car. Really clean, although more towels would have been great. Check in originally said 4 but they wouldn’t let me in till 5pm. After a 12hour travel day that was a little annoying BUT island time is a thing.
No closet, but was able to hang stuff behind the door. Renters in the main house were pretty loud late at night so probably best to bring ear plugs.

I enjoyed this simple setting more than my spouse. I had everything we needed and was close to Kailua town and beaches. Very basic. Sounds of nearby family bothered my spouse in morning. He would have liked a sitting area to relax. We enjoyed sitting in the side deck surrounded by greenery and private.

The parking access needs improvement. I had to park two blocks away, which was very inconvenient.
The TV is on the wrong wall. It is awkward to view it from the bed. Either turn the bed to face the TV or move the TV to the wall in front of the TV.
Otherwise, it was great!

This is a great property for one or two people who want to be close to restaurants and do not want to pay top dollar for a place.

Had to park 2 blocks away. Kind of noisy overall-but not awful to hear a toddler every morning. Run down, nail sticking out on patio with just one chair easy to get out of. Bathroom shade held with a clothespin. Toilet didn’t work great. With a little work, this place could be a lot nicer. Not worth the price.

Great location for a very cool community & the best beach on the island! Needs more attention to detail. No chairs, no place to hang towels / put clothes. Expensive for the value we got.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in March. The unit is small, but mostly had what we needed. There was only one chair on the outside deck as the 2nd one was broken. We bought 2 chairs at the nearby Target to use while we were there. Our biggest issue was lack of privacy. You can hear everything going on in the neighboring units - people talking and walking right outside our unit, dishes clanking, etc. There is an AC unit in the bedroom which was nice. It is within walking distance to many things, but the main road is very busy - lots of traffic at all hours. We rented bikes which worked well. We loved Kailua!

The facilities were basic and adequately clean but in a very crowded and noisy area. Telephone calls from an adjacent house could be heard past midnight. It was advertised as three blocks from the beach but it was not clear how to get there without a longer walk. The surrounding neighborhood was sketchy. It might have been worth a total of the listed price but not the total cost after the addition of mandatory taxes and fees. I suggest you look elsewhere.
