Older property and in good shape. The unit was a small one bedroom. It had a nice fully stocked kitchen and we didn't want for anything. Plenty of nice towels and beach towels along with beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Great ocean view from lani. Saw turtles everday. Great location.Quiet.

It was difficult locating the lock box for the key. The parking lot is very broken down. The apartment was clean, but a bit dated. The television was on a piece of unleveled ply board. The closet was a mess and full of disorganized beach gear. The hot water wasn’t on so I had to take a cold shower! Later we located the circuit box on our own to turn the hot water on, thank GOD! I should have gotten a hotel room at the Marriott instead.

We came for a funeral. They accommodated us quickly and helpfully. The home was clean and quaint. The descriptions were accurate. We’d stay here again. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

We got to see turtles and the property is conveniently located close to food trucks and is also somewhat isolated. Awesome beach walkable from the property and not too far from the Polynesian cultural center about a 10 min drive

My husband and I stayed here as a home away from home away from home. Great location, quite literally on the beach, which was never crowded. Only con, was it was hot in the apartment. Other than that, we loved it.

I love staying in this condo, Janet , the owner is always very accommodating. She responds quickly and she has done some work on the condo since the last time that I stayed this is my second day it’s quiet and it’s just a lovely place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again maybe even the summer if I can work it out.

Very homey but the “bedroom” is basically a curtained off alcove with no window so it really shouldn’t be called a bedroom. Owner stated in the “rule book” that we were expected to “keep on top of “washing towels as this “takes the most of their time” when cleaning the unit. However, there was a limit of 2 loads every other day. In any case, I felt it was rude to demand we do laundry for towels supplied by the rental.
