Palms at Wailea #308 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with split system A/C throughout. We just completed a full renovation throughout the entire unit! The unit has retained a Hawaiiana feel in the Plantation Style. Kitchen completely redesigned to increase SQFT, larger bar, which will be perfect for cooking and a night-in! Below are some other additions:
- Dover white cabinets with oil rubbed bronze pulls, Soft Close drawers and doors throughout.
- New Kitchen Granite: Black Galaxy
- All new appliances
- Flooring LVT in a rustic brown/gray
- 8” base molding throughout
- Off white walls with strategic insets painted Sage (with accent color)
- New louvered doors at laundry, hall and MBR closets stained “Tundra” not as red as mahogany but a rich brown
- Opposite master bathroom closet doors a full wall mirror
- Master bathroom will now have two sinks, framed mirrors and wall light fixtures
- Both the bathrooms will have custom cabinets in the Tundra color with a Lido Blanco quartz.
- Both bathrooms will have walk-in showers, glass, tile
-100% new fixtures, sinks, faucets, toilets etc.
- New tile entry will look like travertine and will also be the bathroom tile
- Much of the furniture will be brand new.
The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, and free Wifi. There is a new king bed and new queen sofa bed as well as two folding futons (single size). Master bedroom features 12-foot sloped ceiling. Master bath and guest bathrooms have walk-in showers. For outdoor enjoyment, Palms at Wailea #308 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. There is a lanai (patio) with chairs & and table, seating 4 for eating and 2 brand new for lounging. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Sleeps 4. Sunsets over the Island of Lanai plus a partial ocean view from the Lanai make for beautiful evening moods.

Went to Maui for sports career reasons and when looking for places to stay the prices and fees across the Island were ridiculously high. Like criminally high.
I am glad i found this property for the location and even though the dollar amount is still high, i would recommend renting this condo.
My only complaint visiting Hawaii is simply the cost of housing or food and it's too bad it has gotten this out of control.
I never had any issues with the condo. The tv cable systen has been an issue with other guests i read but for many like myself im sure its the same setup as home.
A/C is unconventional not central air unit but it worked well.
Kitchen utilities are all there.
Great patio though never had time to use it much.
Maybe only issue off the instruction list is the key. There is no key. So you gotta remember the code which isn't a big deal. But the instructions said there was a key.
The neighborhood is fantastic. Its located in the heart of the community and close to the Shops and a market that was surprisingly affordable for drinks, food, and souvenirs.
Lastly. The pool was great. My complaint is when there were a group of us in the pool we were told pool closes at 10pm.
I understand why but when the frogs make more noise than what we were making, little flexibility should be allowed.
So great condo. Would stay again. But hopefully Hawaii is more affordable one day!

We had a good stay. The unit was conveniently located in the complex, very near the entrance and a short distance to the pool. Our unit was very clean and had enough amenities to fit our needs. We would rent this one again.

thisis the second time I've stayed at this condo. It is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Makes it easy to just unpack and start enjoying Maui. Close to shops in Wialea and some great beaches including Makena and Polo
