This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

Nice area and close walk to the beach. The place was clean, smelled a bit musty but overall was clean and decent place for the price.
We had a great beach across the road and we went there daily! Friends even drove down from Lāhainā to get out of the wind up there.
We would stay here again.

Great condo right across the street from the beach and down the street from restaurants. Great heated pool and hot tubs. Laundry is a plus. Perfect for a family of four or five.

Flew over to Maui for a weekend with friends and we had lots of activities planned so we didn’t stay much indoors. The place was nice, clean, and roomy.
The property itself was good not great, they had a pool and jacuzzi and we hung out at the jacuzzi each night. If you are a busy traveler with a lot on the agenda, this is a nice place to stay. 20min walk to Kihei’s nightlife and across the street from a chill beach.

Our only complaint was that the carpet was filthy. 5 min after a shower your feet will be black. There are a few places paint could use a touch up. Parking spaces are extremely narrow making parking a van tight. Replacing towels and receiving supplies was easy but must be done by 4pm. We would stay here again
