We had a great time at this condo in Kihei. The location is great, it was very walkable to restaurants and shops and didn’t realize how much we would appreciate it until we were there. Kamaole beach park II is directly across the street and was an amazing beach, and we used the snorkel equipment available in the unit to see sea turtles off the reef at the south side of the beach. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again, and also get the cinnamon buns down the street!
The unit was fine. Thankfully my children and grandchildren had a wonderful time in Maui.My review is regarding an accusation of 9 family members staying in a 2 bedroom unit. We were a family of 9 with 2 units. T building, 5 family members, F building, 4 family members.This is part of a much more involved story, hence the 1 rating given to us.One thing I would suggest, all payments should be made through the VRBO platform
This place was right across the street from Kam II beach. There were shops and places to eat within a couple blocks. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were beach towels, snorkel sets and a sand bucket with toys. The pool and hot tub were great temperatures and clean. It was a great place to vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay with our family @ Lisa's condo. Perfect location with the unit being on the ground floor & beach being directly across the street. Loved sitting out on the Lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the birds & waves!!!
Our family, (Grandparents, daughter, two grandsons 7;10; and son-in-law) booked this condo for a seven day "after Christmas" visit. We could not have been happier. The condo was large enough to accomodate all of us in two separate bedroom - bathroom suites; the kitchen was fully stocked, there was a television, pool, and best of all, the beach was just a block away and we had a view of the water from the bedroom. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, and plenty of towels. We were pleased to find snacks and other necessities available for our stay. Lisa, the owner, responded promptly to questions and was very congenial. Our garndsons had a fabulous time on their first visit to Hawaii and so did everyone else. We even saw a sea turtle up close in the tide pools which was a treat for the boys. Great condo - magical trip!

Very nice condo in a great location. Walk across the street to watch beautiful sunsets. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beach. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us when we entered. Lisa had everything we could want from beach chairs, towels, to personal items in the shower. Lisa was very responsive to any question or issue. The only issue would be to have a better organized parking garage. Each day we spent a lot of time hunting for a parking spot. I would definitely rent from Lisa again and at this location.

The property was as described for the most part. It was myself and my 2sons although it’s a property for 8 I choose this property so they can both have large beds. There were 3 of us and we constantly complained about the wifi we couldn’t use our cells for social media, emails, movies ect in the room. The day we landed was the day of the Lahaina fires we had no idea what was happening when we landed. It was a very emotional sad time seeing the locals knowing it was wrong for us to be there as it was day 1.. we were never offered an option to leave for a refund so most of the time we were in the room staying off the streets as it was obvious locals were trying to get things done. They didn’t want any visitors at that time. Now as time has passed it had been made clear that west Maui is closed and tourism is still welcomed but that first week was horrible, sad and devastating. And we should not have been there.. other than that the property is fine. A little more compassion, consideration and flexibility would have been greatly appreciated during that time. Also the pic shows location is A-1.

The unit is stocked with everything you could want. Was the best stocked kitchen of all my rental stays. Parking was never a problem and the beach is right across the street with great sand also on the ocean bottom.
There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
The host Lisa was extremely responsive and the instructions were clear. There is one queen bed and another bedroom with 2 double beds.
I would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I went to Maui for a quick 2 day, 1 night trip. Lisa was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the small touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home.
We had a great stay. Everything was wonderful. Loved the location - the beaches were SO close!

Lisa definitely added the special touches to make it more comfortable here. The pool was warm and the hot tub was super hot. Great spot and great host. You are welcomed with a goodie basket full of Maui treats that were delish!
Kam II beach is beautiful and the proximal location to the beach was great. The condo was certainly very spacious and comfortable although the mattress in the master bedroom was much too soft for my liking. The condo was indeed in the corner of the complex closest to the beach but the ground level location made the whole unit extremely dark; it received no natural light. If you stood on the small patio, on a chair to look over the shrubs, maybe you could see the beach. Additionally, the street level location resulted in excess noise and minimal privacy. Parking was also an issue although that could be an anomaly related to the busy Thanksgiving weekend. Certainly a pleasant stay but a little disappointing.
This home was so very beautiful and CLEAN! The photos that are provided in this listing don't capture just how lovely and cozy this home is. The pull out sofa bed was actually SO very comfortable as well. I love that the check in process is so easy, no need to meet anyone, you can just input the door code and begin your vacation. The parking pass was very easy to get and the staff was so very welcoming and nice. Me and my girlfriends flew in from Honolulu for a quick work trip/vacation and couldn't have chosen a better VRBO property to stay at. It was perfect for us 6-7 girls. We had so much fun swimming and relaxing at the pool, so nice to have access to a clean pool and hot tub. We were provided so many beach towels and shower towels to use which was VERY nice. You are provided Tide Pods and dryer sheets to do laundry if needed. When we return to Maui I would definitely book here again.
I wish I was able to meet the owner of the property as I had received all her/his messages but did not really know how to "send a response". She/he was very informative and made sure to send me the code as the pool code was updated (which I appreciated a lot). Thank you so so much for welcoming us to your home!
