My family loved this property; best VRBO we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in many. Complimentary concierge service to book activities was super helpful. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, fantastic pool/hottub and outdoor patio, best stocked/equipped kitchen ever, easy walks to Pacific and Wed/Frid outdoor market, great beaches nearby and many things to explore on the Big Island (excellent beaches, Hilo waterfalls, Volcano National Park, coffee farms, Kona, outdoor markets). Manta Ray and Snorkel tour companies 1 mile from the property. Fantastic - highly recommend!!!
Lovely, clean and beautifully decorated house in a great location. One person commented that it was the nicest vrbo she had ever seen. Near picklball courts (modest cost for those if used), but not so close that the noise was a bother. Little pool was great to cool down in, hot tub lovely for a soak. Big, modern, well-stocked kitchen. Comfy beds (K/K/Q, 2 singles in an extra room (no closet)), comfy furniture. Downstairs bedroom a little stuffy. Fun little farmers/craft market Wednesdays and Fridays easy walk. Groceries a mile away (but not found on my Apple Maps - In The Keauhou shopping center). Nice (tired and overused but still fairly good) snorkeling nearby with rentals across the street. Altogether a great stay.
Perfect place and spce for our family of 7, had a great time in this home and the hot tub was a hit every night.
This was sn smazing house, great locstion and simply perfect. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a great time.

We could not have had a better place for our family of 6 adults and one child. The place was immaculate, the beds were wonderful, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I can't think of anything that we needed that was not there. The spa and pool were great as well as the patio area. The wonderful surprise after booking with KONACOST Vacations was the Concierge service that is provided. David was extremely helpful in providing us with information and booking activities for our 6-night stay. You will not be disappointed if you book with KonaCoast and/or stay at this property.
This was a great place to stay for our family. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the effort put into making this place an easy retreat for our family.
Our group consisted of our adult children and 1 grandchild. I must have mentioned that we were spending a week in Kona for the 40th birthday of one daughter, and along with a welcome gift of local Hawaii treats was a birthday card for her! The first comment made by any of us was "This is the most awesome house we've ever rented". I can't find fault with anything; everything we needed to make this vacation stress free and fun was provided. Every room in the house is large and spacious enough that we were all able to be together without feeling crowded, but yet the room arrangement is such to allow privacy if we wanted to be alone.
The house is in a small gated area nearly at the end of the street so there's no traffic and a golf course is behind the house. Although there is a private pool, we used the community pool one day and had a blast! It's conveniently located right across the street and we were the only people in it. There were no issues during the week with loud parties, etc and the landscaping ensures privacy from the street. There is a buffer zone between the back of the house and the golf course, again providing privacy. The location is south of the hubbub of downtown Kona, but stores and restaurants are just a quick drive away.
The concierge service is a bonus and David helped me buy tickets for Sea Paradise Manta Ray Night Tour where we snorkeled and watched the amazing manta rays swim right up to us! We all will remember this week as a special time together.
This home was beautiful and exactly like the description. We had no complaints. We had one issue with hot water and Kona Coast came right away and fixed the problem. I would stay here again in the future!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous home in a great neighborhood, right on the 4th fairway of the Country Club. The home exceeded all of our expectations. We had 6 people and there was more than enough room. Everything we needed for a week long stay was there. I definitely recommend this home and Kona Coast Vacations. They booked adventures for us and made sure our time there was oerfect.
Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back again. David, our concierge, was extremely helpful. The house and property were exceptionally clean and secure. Pool and hot tub were perfect! We were a group of 8 and had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves.
