The Maluhia house is a beauty in a wonderful botanic garden made with love. Every detail is so well designed and thought through, and one is also completely away from the crowds that might be in the very close Volcano national park.
We had a super stay which was made perfect by an eruption of Kilauea and a drive for sun down to Mauna Kea (4wheel needed), both breathtaking.
We want to come back and thanks for such a nice house that was equipped with just everything one might need and thanks for the wonderful welcome cookies!

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. The location is convenient to the park and the nearby restaurants. The garden around the cottage is beautiful. We look forward to coming back!

This stay was such a magical experience for my partner and I. We have experience at many places all over and this one exceeded all of them. The highlight for us was the wonderful water from the rain catchment system, but the plushness of the bedding and the cleanliness of the property were also incredibly calming to be in. All in all a magical getaway, and we send Gigi our blessings for creating this space and sharing it with us.

Definitely the most flowered, well manicured driveway I have seen. Gigi is a terrific host and very gracious. The property is so clean it gives you a very positive vibe to be staying there. We definitely will be coming back.
