**Pool coping and deck repair work has been scheduled to start on August 5th with a tentative completion date of August 23, 2024. Barring any unexpected events such as weather delays. During this time the pool, spa, kiddie pool, restrooms and fitness room will be closed.**
Enjoy this cozy home that offers beautiful sunsets from each lanai. There are 3 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom is located upstairs, offers a King bed and has its own lanai with a table and chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap while watching the sun set over the ocean. The other upstairs bedroom is located across from the master bedroom and offers a King bed, which can be converted to 2 extra-long twin beds upon request/fee. There is another bedroom located on the lower/main level that offers a King bed.
Time to relax in the comfortable and open great room with high ceilings, or find your spot on one the cozy lanais to read or take a nap! The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals and mix your own cocktails!
This townhome is located in the popular, yet quiet and clean Na Hale O Keauhou complex. It is located about a 1/2 mile walk to Kahaluu Beach Park, the best snorkeling beach in Kona! Also located within walking distance to the Keauhou Shopping Center which includes a Cinema, KTA grocery store, Longs Drugs, a variety of excellent restaurants, and shops. The shopping center also hosts a weekly farmer's market on Saturdays and cultural presentations. You can also catch a ride on the Kona Trolley to various stops down Ali'i Drive. Many adventures await you on the Big Island of Hawaii and we hope you enjoy your stay in paradise.

My wife and in laws stayed at this wonderful home for a week and had an excellent time. The place is very spacious, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The community pool is larger than most places we have stayed previously and was never overcrowded. The location was within a short distance of a couple of local beach parks and a short drive from Kona town. In addition it has a convenient shopping center 2 minutes away with a grocery store, drug store and plenty of restaurant options. I highly recommend Kenichi Pacific for sushi and Los Habaneros for takeout tacos. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe with a gated community. The house was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. It was very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful flowers all around the facility. I would call it our home away from home and look forward to our next adventure there.

Our family of 6 stayed here and really enjoyed it. The ocean and sunset views were great! Close to a KTA (walking distance) grocery store and shopping center. It was well equipped for day to day and cooking as well as beach equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 weeks at this condo and it was perfect. First week we had three teenage Grandsons with us and the condo was a perfect fit. The next week was with two other couples and again everything was perfect. The last week was me and my wife and there again perfect in every way. Been coming to Hawaii for 35 years and this was probably the best condo we’ve stayed in. Very clean and well furnished. Everything worked great. Loved having the garage. A/C was needed and worked great. Great location. Great for families and multiple couples. Sure hope to come back next spring with more family and friends.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It has all you need to enjoy the island including beach chairs, towels and boogie boards for the beach. Its spotless and in a great location. Beds are super comfy and kitchen is very well equipped. We look forward to our next trip and staying with you again...thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!!!!
